Leather dashboard damage
Want to try and repair these scratches in a real leather dashboard. How might I go about this?

Want to try and repair these scratches in a real leather dashboard. How might I go about this?
It’s a sort of dark grey colour leather, and the scratches vary from thin surface scratch to deeper as you can see.
I want to attempt a repair to conceal the scratches, one that wont wear off easily or rub off.
Can anyone advise how I can reliably do this?
Just picked up a 2022 E-Tron 55 Vorsprung. Pretty specced out…
I like getting a few accessories to make the car feel newer/mine, can anyone recommend any must-haves which make the ownership experience better?
Audi have already told me not to bother with their key covers as £50 for a cover which they have to break to replace batteries is ridiculous. Their words…
I am looking at getting the loading cover for the boot space, Audi tell me this is the older style which is more plastic than rubber which I’m not keen on but I will see what it’s like.
Then I am also going to order the all-weather rubber floor mats for the front and rear seats.
Anything else anyone recommends?
TIA
Just picked this car up today, 35k miles on it and there’s a sharp metallic rattle that happens when the car goes over a particularly sharp bump or rut in the road. I’ve looked at the grille for the speaker and on the driver side it’s not actually completely fixed to the A-pillar casing. However this isn’t the source of the rattle, it appears to be coming from inside the speaker grille and can be replicated by slapping the top of the dash in the corner where the speaker is.
Anyone please, this will do my head in!
Looking forward to this… Vorsprung in Navarra Blue, yellow calipers, and basically every option ticked.
Any tips for a new owner to get the best experience?
Currently driving an M2 Competition, I know nothing EV is going to live up to the enjoyment/excitement but it’s a necessary move for now.
What are people’s consensus on the best looking EV’s?
Something with road presence? I need a bigger car so I’ve been looking at typically the largest size vehicles available. I will be doing a business lease but want to keep costs down, get best value for money.
What EV’s or brands in particular do people find to be excellent ownership experiences?
If NVIDIA has signed leases for 1-gigwatt data centre in Texas, why hasn’t the stock gone up yet?
I’m ready to make the jump from ICE car to EV and get a Tesla on a business lease, however… none are in stock.
Is this still because of the delivery/registration issues clanger, or has that been resolved? Tesla are telling me no stock until Oct/Nov and that if I wait to order, I could be waiting even longer from the point of order.
However I have a sports car currently, and want to sell while still summer, but can’t be left without a car. Anyone know what is going on?
I’ve used Tesla flair because this is where it stemmed from, but across Tesla MY, BMW iX and more, stock is poor. I’m looking to do a business lease order in the next couple of months, but using carwow, most of it is polestars and Volvos. There just doesn’t seem to be much stock at all.
Any idea what is going on?
I always find NVDA underwhelming compared to my other holdings. Does anyone else find the same and any insights as to why?
It’s borderline impossible to process what it is saying. It’s a total fruit loop.
How are users handling this? Tuned prompts or just not using 4.8? Or being specific when you use it for actual deep thought calculations or problem solving?

I’ve had my M2 Competition for a couple of years now and it’s an incredible car. Pure fun with some practicality thrown in, I can still get a car seat in the back and it’ll get 35mpg on the motorway going easy, and then do a trackday the day after. It’s my daily but I only do around 6k miles a year.
However, with the state of the British roads and the fact it feels like a special car, with its value not really dropping since I bought it, I hate winter in it. 400+bhp and RWD means that winter can be sketchy - I’ve never had any really bad moments but you just aren’t getting the best
of the car while still costing around 30p a mile for general driving.
All of this plus the fact that the roads are TERRIBLE and last winter all the rain meant that they were literally crumbling away as we drove on them, and I’m not sure I can do another winter with it, full stop.
I am starting to consider a change. Electric isn’t out of the question - but the caveat is that it must be fast and driver oriented, and ideally a premium car. Totally stuck on what to choose.
Edit: I forgot to mention that while I have no issue driving the car in winter, the suspension is incredibly firm with no alternative settings. It really does feel like you are being shaken by the bones.
Just purchased 100ml of Tom Ford Ombré Leather Parfum and want to get best use of it. Had the Eau de Parfum sample but I like longevity so went for Parfum.
I have short back and sides and longer hair on top and it sweeps back over so something with some hold, mild shine, and doesn’t stay sticky is key.
Could have added the flair “mocktail recipes” as well.
Right then…
Will be going on first ever holiday without alcohol soon.
I know the benefits will be extensive…
No morning headaches, more energy, less dehydration, less or no heartburn, lighter room bill, better sleep, eating less…
But for me, drinking really is a big part of a holiday. Trying different drinks, *local beers* and beers throughout the day. I’ll usually drink from around midday to 11pm. So by the end of the holiday I can tell I need a break, and usually don’t even when I get back, but this is part of why I need to do this.
I don’t like the fact that non-alcoholic drinks are so expensive in hotels, it feels like a waste of money. I usually tend to go to a local shop and get some cans to put in the hotel room fridge as the beer variety is better than the hotels do.
Now besides the obvious of buying some non alcoholic beers, what can anyone offer in the way of perspective to reduce going NA down to less than a minor annoyance, along with some mocktail recipe ideas, or go-to drink ideas?
My attitude was originally, well I don’t really want to go on holiday if I can’t drink, but I still want to go. I’m now at: I know I’ll enjoy it still but I’m going to crave a proper drink.
NA drinks I usually have and like include;
- Low cal tonic water sometimes w/strong lemon
- Good quality sparkling water (San Pell etc)
- Proper sparkling orange soda/blood orange soda
- Orange juice with grenadine (I usually do like 4x Tequila sunrises a day when drinking)
- NA Beers
I can’t drink Cola or any soda with caffeine in it.
It would be great if NA wine also served as a drain clear because that’s always where it ends up. Nasty stuff.
Ideas much appreciated…
Had a spin out which has resulted in front left tyre being flat spotted and I can feel a relatively light bump, bump, bump, mainly on smooth road. On rougher road or at higher speed it does become less noticeable. I can’t see it anywhere on the tyre despite rolling it around to see.
My question is, the set of tyres currently on the car are three or so year old MPSS, I hate the tyre but when it was up to temp on track they were ok.
I wanted them to last through to the next track day in May. My question is, if I take them to the next track day and drive as hard, will that front tyre soften up and lose its flat spot?
Or even if not, will it be an issue?
