Do NOT Discuss contacting/tagging/messaging!

Guys, the rules are up above. Do not contact anyone this sub is about. It’s simple. Reddit sees it as harassment. It is not allowed for any reason.

Forms of contact include but are not limited to:

-Sending them messages on social media and discussing it here

-Tagging them in things on their or others socials media and discussing it here

-Directly addressing them here as if they are going to read it. “Hey turtle lady …..”

This is a ZERO tolerance rule. If it continues people will just get banned at this point. Everyone needs to go read the rules pinned up top and follow them, it’s simple.

Thank you!

- Blur kids faces and use first initial only

- Do not address the family directly here by using comments such as "hey _______" or even saying “you”. This can get the sub shut down for harassment.

How do you know your patch dose is too high?

Admittedly, I’m only 3 months into the estrogen patch. I know we don’t treat labs but my doctor ran labs and told me that my estrogen was 435 and he wanted to reduce my patch. I’m on .05mg.

I let him know that I had just put a new patch on that morning 2.5 hours before labs and that could be why. He agreed to hold off for now on changing anything.

Would I have other physical symptoms if my estrogen was too high? Should I reduce my dose in half and see how I feel?

What would you do?

I’ve got a weird one for you.

I placed my estrogen patch right over where I like to do my injection on my right side today. Not sure what I was thinking. So, I did my injection just above my patch.

Think I’ll have any issues? Usually I can feel the meds pretty quick after I take them. Tonight not so much!! 😬

McCleods Levo issue

I had been on Amneal Levo for 15+ years with no issues. Very few dosage changes and the last was several years ago.

3 months ago, I started McCleod levo, I noticed immediately it was different because it pretty much dissolves in my mouth. I didn’t think much of it otherwise or the change in medication until yesterday when I got my labs back yesterday and my TSH went down from 1.8 in December to 0.08, as in almost zero!

I’ve been having very bad heart palpitations for about 2 months and I assumed it was hormonal issues. Now I’m almost certain that it’s because my TSH is so low. It’s never been this low before. The lowest it’s ever been is just below 1.0 briefly.

I’m currently barely on the charts and so frustrated. I don’t understand why drug companies are allowed to just change things like this and have a medication brand work so differently from another brand when it’s supposed to be the exact same medicine!?

Now I have to struggle for weeks until my TSH goes up! I don’t really have a choice but to continues this same brand but I’m going to go down to 100 mcg I guess for the time being.

Just so tired of this and frustrated . 😭

Just wanted to give a warning for anyone else who may get switched.

A reminder to stay off their instagrams accounts!

Kim doesn’t need anyone telling her if she needs ranch dressing or not!!! She needs account engagement when prime day is happening so she levels up!

Influencers do this kind of stuff during prime day and other special days so that they get more engagement. It enables them to be able to make more money from partners, get more partners, etc.

The fact that people still fall for this mess is wild to me.

Use Insnoop or ViewSocials special plus, if they delete something off of their Instagram, it stays on these websites.

Tiffany’s prime day 🐢 time!

All Tiffany’s stories for prime day were taken when she took that secret California trip right after Italy. So fake. I was wondering when she was going to post all of these and here we are!

Blood Pressure - 95/57

Where do you guys usually fall on blood pressure readings? I take a medication for heart palpitations called Sectral and I’ve been on it for almost 20 years. Bp was always 120/80 before I lost weight.

Now im curious if my bp is running low. I don’t really feel bad but today I took my meds this morning and immediately went outside to do some yard work. Came inside, took a shower and then just felt horrible. Can’t explain how I felt just bad and kinda anxious and queasy. An impending doom feeling. Lasted about an hour. No shortness of breath, no dizziness or anything and my hr was fine but my bp was 99/62 without resting before I took it . I had just went across the house to get the reader and find new batteries for it. After resting a while, it was 95/57. Maybe this is fine. I feel fine tonight and it’s about the same bp tonight 95/56 so just wondering.

I do tend to run lower now. Doctors appts I’m always in the 107/62 range. I see the doctor Friday. Should I mention my pressures? Do you guys notice your bp has gotten a lot lower since hitting goal?

Switched gynos…. Annoyed

I switched doctors. New doctor is confused why my prior doctor has me on HRT ( prometrium and estrogen patch). Says my FSH has been normal so she doesn’t see the reason to be on estrogen. I feel better on the estrogen!

Why is it that these doctors will push and push synthetic birth control pills like it’s candy, which are often triple the strength of body identical hormones such and estrogen patch and Prometrium, but they do not want you on the estrogen patch and Prometrium!?

I don’t understand it at all. I told her I prefer to stay on my current medications as is. She said ok, just that she wouldn’t have supported that as a first option. 🙄

When you grow up an exploited child

Collin Gosselin has a book out. Poor kid went through it. This is the ugly side off parents profiting off of their kids, making them props for social media and requiring they be in the spotlight when they have no choice. If you don’t know, Collin is one of the Sextuplets features on the TLC show Jon and Kate Plus 8. He has been estranged from his mom and all but one other sibling for most of his life after being paraded on tv for profit against his will.

▲ 1 r/GERD

Sharing out of frustration

History: had GERD my whole life, somewhere turned into more “silent reflux” in adulthood. I never really feel any sort of reflux or burning but I have structure and have had 3 balloonings. First at 18 in 1998. Second at 27 in 2007 when I had a small perforation that pit me in the ICU for 10 days and the 3rd was a year ago last April. I have a small segment of Barrett’s also as well as strictures that hadn’t bothered me since that second ballooning in 2007.

I didn’t expect the ballooning last April when I went in for a check. I was told to never have one again and my doctor now knew of my history. He still chose to balloon me saying my esophagus was too narrow although I really didn’t have issues swallowing any foods.

Fast forward 6 mos. I’ve been getting pain when eating certain foods since December. It started suddenly out of the blue after I took a bite out of a burger. I changed my eating completely in 2024 to lose weight and get healthy so having bread now isn’t common. That bite I swallowed cause intense pain in my esophagus and it burned somewhat and felt like it was ripped or torn. Now, pretty much anytime I eat bread or French fries (again very rarely do I do either), I get pretty and pain in my throat.

I’ve never had this pain before and as I understand, it’s due to the stricture coming back after ballooning. Was I just lucky prior and just never had pain after it’s come back from ballooning? It’s pretty frustrating that this is happening.

Also, it seems like my GERD issues have gotten worse since I lost my weight and got to ideal weight, not better. Anyone else have the same thing happen ? My doctor said my Barrett’s segment was a bit shorter but now I have this pain and who knows what else. So annoying.

Tiffany is shadow banned for showing her 🐈

Edit: Pretty sure she’s was on search suppression which is a form of shadowban for IG but seems to be back to normal now.

Sorry guys the images are large so you have to open them to see the search bar. My bad.

I can’t find Tiffany if I search her on IG. I know I’m not blocked because I found her in TCL’s posts but lol that she may be shadow banned for showing her vageeen! None of the rest of them have issues. They come up pretty fast.

Maybe it’s only an issue in my end? Anyone else notice the same? Of course if you follow her you won’t have the same results. But you shout not be following her soooo….

And YES she showed her 🐈 on her IG stories and left it up! She never removed it and you know she knew because all her little “fans” told her.

Address change after application sent

Could someone share what to do if your address changes AFTER you send your application off? My sister is applying but is likely going to sell her house and move before she gets approval.
