If you use the topical cream for physical symptoms such and dryness, could you share how you use your topical cream? Dosage and how often? Do you use estrace cream .01% or something else?
I’m still having dryness issues and my doctor sent me over a suppository but isn’t it a cream I want since I’m on the patch? I definitely want to start with the lowest dose possible because I’m very sensitive to estrogen fluctuations.
I can put on a pound or two now that I’m ideal weight but when I was in weight loss, I had almost no increase in my weight with my cycles. I was losing too much weekly that any retention of fluid was not an issue and I was still showing loss.
At her size, it should be pretty easy to lose 3 to 5 pounds per week of body fat so the fact that she’s showing weight gain means that she would be putting on 8 to 10 pounds of water weight due to her period, and that’s just not possible. I can understand putting on a few pounds of water weight and then the scale either staying the same or only dropping by a pound or two each week but the fact that she’s gaining several pounds means that she is binging and she is over eating.
Here are 4 mos I had during my weight loss where I had a cycle. I marked the start date with a red circle. Notice my weight continued to go down. It slowed, but it still went down! I even had few mos where my weight stayed the same for a week but as soon as my cycle ended, I dropped several pounds overnight.
She’s either lying or in total denial. I’m now at 137 lbs and have been at my goal weight for over 2 years. You don’t get to goal by cheating on the weekends, I can assure you!

Just an fyi if you’re interested in the green Orbiter tee that the sizing was off for me. You may want to size UP one size if you get this shirt, it runs small on my experience. All of my current comfort colors shirts I already own are mediums and I got the orbiter shirt in a large last night because it looked small when I held it up and I’m glad I did because it matches my mediums at home perfectly.
I’m not sure if any other shirts are sized wrong but I did look at the cream great divide shirt and it was much larger and seemed true to size in my opinion.
Comfort colors are known to be all over the place sizing wise so don’t be scared to ask to see multiple sizes. Hope this helps!
