trying to swap my OEM turbo with a kit from ECS.. its been a shit show, wont ever buy from them again.. didnt get 1/2 the required hardware .. 3 calls, 2 complaints parts finally showed up and still dont have large crush washers for the "tip" antifreeze banjo bolt..

you are supposed to use 2 crush washers on each banjo bolt correct?

and every connection on every line gets some kind of gasket either paper or metal right??

where can i get properly sized crush washers? ive exhausted all local options..

my 06 xc70 got hit by a deer.. insurance DIDN'T total it thankfully.. managed to find what LKQ said were 04 V70 parts.. got the fender and the front door in matching red

getting mixed online information. they should bolt directly up, just the cladding is different. someone else i spoke too, who hasnt done this swap.. is saying the door internals are all different and the connector is different.

can anyone confirm/deny this..

looking to relocate from de to fl, contacted a realtor..had a good conversation explaining our position. she recommended a lender. standard pitch *i always work with her" ""shes the best" blah blah blah.. i get it one business scratches the other.

contacted the lender.. had hard pulls on credit for loan. got financials back.. then WE had to go back to realtor with info. not sure why lender couldnt send directly if the are such "good business friends".

2 weeks after pull..nothing no phone calls..sent 3 emails, no response..then.finally got 1 email a week after 3rd email with prospective houses, said we would be put on a weekly email for available houses.

nothing listed in the stood out to us..and that was in.. no other communication.. from lendor or realtor.. nothing was signed for representation..but they both have all our legal info. i know its a buyers market, but to be ghosted like this is crazy unprofessional. is this what is acceptable now? havent had tp deal with people in the industry for 20 yrs..

im located in De, a deer decided to suicide itself 3 weeks ago in mybway to work. we looked into replacing it with a prospective INS payout and its just no worth it as the car is mechanically fine, ive kept all maintenace up, where is best place to look for body parts? LKQ used to be my go-to but called them and they said they have nothing in stock. no local pick and pull yards either. need passenger fender and both passenger doors.

got 100% rating.. applied for champ VA.. got cards in mail for family.. wife is going to telehealth therapy, dr was under her state healthcare.. then went to new practice no longer covered..submitted recipets to insurance for co-pay reduced fee reinbursement, denied.. submitred claim to CHAMP, submitted all reciepts.. AND insurance denial paperwork... 8 weeks later we got a reply, "you have to go through primary insurance and be denied before applying for champ"... WTF?!?! did they even read the paperwork we submitted? we did that exacrly what they wanted, we submitted the paperwork,snail mailed it.. what am i supposed to do now? who can i talk to to get this processed?

FINALLY got my turbo out ...yay!

got the stuck oil line out w/o damaging it..yay!

went to swap over hoses to new turbo that i got from ECS... and im missing crush washers and the upper exhaust manifold bolts.. WTF?!? but they did give me 12 of the exhaust nuts.. no big deal, run down to local advance auto for basic hardware. guess what. they dont have any..no crush washers... no exhaust bolts... and therr is nothing in the dorman misc hardware...

ace hardware isnt open till tomorrow.

is there any other stores i should check?..

looking at working for L3 in camden, online zillow shows that the housing market is good for amount of house/space for the $$ compared to florida. but thats about all i see

ive had a FB business account for my small farm for the last 10 yrs, started getting weird popups last week, telling me to log in on my mobile device.

pick up phome and log open FB and cant navigate. seems that FB (via meta chat bot) is now requiring all accounts to have a govt ID or selfie vid on file for access.

i validated via my email but that was not sufficent. if i dont submit i have extremely limited access to FB and my online sales options are no longer a option.

has anyone else dealt with this?

for the love of god.. can someone please tell me what tool and proper size to use to remove the hex nut in the heat shield that sits on the far right as you are looking into the engine bay? you know the one that is under the lip in the corner.

ive sprayed it down, tried 6,7,8 mm..torx.. allen, ball.. nothing seems to fit at all.. spent the batter part of 4 hours on this one.

so my steering column went out on my P2 xc70, im ay 200k miles and it was OEM. so i replaced it, got a alignment.

now when going at "high speed" it drives fine, but when at low speed like in parking lots, and starting from a stop, the turning is tighter then usual. its not binding anywhere, system has been "burped" and flushed.

what else could be the issue?
