Just now had a person with a Internet connection issue with their phone. It was an apn issue. They wanted me to show them what I did after I had quoted a very reasonable 7 euro. I refused explaining I could but they'd forget it before using it and how I'm a business trying to make a living.
Its only me in the shop and I've tried to introduce a euro a min tech help minimum 10 euro as helping someone for 30 min or an hr means I can't get the things I've promised to fix done, thus pissing off more valuable customers
And the best bit is half of them when they answer are saying, oh I can't talk now ill ring you back and the other person wants their question answered. So now they have to walk away and have their chat all the while holding up me or the till
this customer was looking for help with prices and stock it was not a checkout transaction. they wanted their questions answered. there was no sale involved in the entire interaction.

T
ps3 slim model console.
Only the last few days its been like this. Printed fine last week with petg. So after only a short time the printer stops extruding. As you can see with the end of the filament its bigger than 1.75 and its clogging the nozzle stopping flow.
I've blown out the print head and the air flow seems fine around the heat sink but withing 4 min of printing it will clog again. Printing pla at 195 on a 50c bed.
Thanks

Whats the youngest phone owner in your shop?
I've been told by a few on r/ireland that its possible to rent as a licence but the landlord has another house as there own, or it's rented by a company to individuals and each individual is a licence not a tenant. My understanding is its not possible but they shared a link to a rtb ruling where they ruled in the landlord favour.
They listed this case on the rtb site as proof.
TR1020-004502 case number rtb.
