Since we as a society have gained the ability to create computer simulations it’s fair to believe that an older more advanced species of the universe has already perfected the technology and the chances of us being in a simulation rise dramatically, right?

So how does simulation theory hold up when you consider the fine details the complexity of our individual nervous system or our sentience and self awareness?

I was playing as Mikey, water build for multi-hit and bigger range, then got a legendary astral light bonus that gave me HP/hit, paired with increased dodge chance from ninja and I was practically tanking Gauntlet Shredder head-on.

Nearly a broken build if you can get it

A system where I could roll up a barbarian with a robotic arm cannon alongside a plane-hopping sorcerers and beast men. A book that is ready to go if I want to be armed with magical weapons, blaster firearms, aircraft, dragons, and monsters.

Is there a system where I can just go a little batshit (without having to buy 10 different GURPS books)?

Wanted to start a topic to discuss some classic or cliche generic horror settings that you particularly like or maybe don’t like.

Personally I love the chilly Massachusetts autumn setting and a ghostly story to go with it.

I also wish there were more horror films with old abandoned mines. Seems like My Bloody Valentine is one of the only films to use it though

I would love to get involved or start a group of people interested in filmmaking.
