This cabinet under my staircase was originally designed to house an inverter and batteries. The inverter hasn't been installed yet, and if I do install one later, I can dedicate the small compartment on the right side for it.

For now, the larger section is being used as a shoe dump/storage area, and it's becoming messy and difficult to access. The space is deep, tall, and has a sloped ceiling because of the stairs.

I'm looking for ideas to convert this into a proper footwear storage solution while still keeping the option to use the right-side compartment for an inverter in the future.

What would you do here? Shelves, pull-out racks, custom organizers, or something else?

I've been researching LG top-load washing machines and came across something that doesn't make sense to me.

The widely available model seems to be the LG T90V4MB1S, but on Flipkart there's another model called T90VBMB1S selling for around ₹23k.

The weird part is that the Flipkart model still seems to have:

Steam Wash

In-built Heater

TurboDrum

Hard Water Wash

Smart Inverter Motor

Soft Closing Lid

Stainless Steel Tub

10-year motor warranty

From what I can tell, the only obvious thing missing is Wi-Fi/app connectivity and maybe the touchscreen controls.

I also can't find the T90VBMB1S anywhere on LG's official website, which makes me wonder if it's a Flipkart-exclusive variant or something else.

So what am I missing here? Is there some hidden compromise in the motor, heater, drum, wash quality, reliability, after-sales support, or serviceability that I'm not noticing?

At ₹23k, it almost feels too good to be true.

LG is available locally for ₹21k, while the Samsung is ₹23k on Flipkart.

I'm leaning towards LG for reliability, but Samsung offers more features (AI, EcoBubble, Wi-Fi, etc.).

My main doubts:

- Does 9kg vs 10kg make any real difference?

- Are Samsung's extra electronics likely to mean higher repair costs after warranty?

- Which brand/model is better for long-term ownership and after-sales service?

Would love to hear from owners of either model.

This smudge/hazy patch only becomes visible when it rains. Any idea what causes it, and what's the best way to clear it?

I have esim on my phone and I saw somewhere that Jio supports the same number on both the smartphone as well as the watch (as esim). How do I do it? Any consequences? What's your experience of doing so?

Is it possible to disable the network on watch after adding the esim? (To save the battery when needed)

Also, does adding the esim restrict the SMS for 24 hours like it did when I converted physical sim to esim for smartphone?

Which shops sell these types of storage boxes for the best price? I checked Mr DIY and the pricing didn't feel fair for most of the items. Checked one shop at Puthanpalli which sells things costlier than Meesho, Shopsy etc. Suggest some shops to buy these.
