Let’s be honest here. Are they practical? Of course not, who could realistically swing a massive hammer double their height?

Does it look awesome? Absolutely.

Do I just want to see little gremlins running around with massive weapons that completely dwarf them? Also yes.

I’m looking for a good animation program to use with my tablet, flip a clip is nice but the constant ads are annoying and some of the helpful features are behind the paywall and I’m not really trying to spend $30 a year for the premium.

I’ve been working with procreate, but I like to work in layers, procreate’s animation assist instantly turns layers into frames and the only way to layer things is to make groups (which are counted as a single frame), which eats up your limited layers pretty fast. Are there any decent animation programs that aren’t too expensive, but also have good functionality for tablets? I’m using an iPad.

Seraphina tends to get excited. Not because she’s freaky (well, kinda) but that means someone thinks they’re strong enough to take her in a fight. So she takes that as an invitation to battle them. And promptly bury them in the dirt like seeds for a new garden.

Tasha the boom boom gremlin (1st) and Akasha (2nd) are actually mother and daughter. They look like they aren’t exactly the same personality wise, but honestly they’re nearly identical in a lot of ways.

Akasha

Her full name is Akashverikzeronalvez Voria Oliveira

One of the four generals serving directly under the demon king. She’s incredibly loyal, as it’s one of the traits in people she tends to value most along with grit. But she’s also liable to do whatever she feels like, even on a mission directly from the King. She also values strength as a trait. More than anything, and her insanity passed onto Tasha

Akasha’s main duty is enforcement. There’s four generals directly under the demon king, but she’s the closest it gets to right hand apart from the advisor. while all generals are ranked the same and each control a specialized division, it’s sort of an unspoken rule that Akasha is the head general. She takes command in any wars that arise and she has the authority to command the other divisions as she sees fit.

You might ask why, but the simple fact is she’s so unbelievably strong that the other generals are genuinely afraid of her. On some level it’s also respect. Depending on who you ask.

Her soldiers are trained battle junkies…hardened, slightly insane, but incredibly devoted. They would die for her or with her even without an order.

The other generals actually feel a type of way because they’re rarely ever called to handle certain things…lik uprisings. Akasha goes to handle those personally. Everyone knows that it’s over the moment she shows up.

She’s not usually in the palace because she’s off on other missions, hunting the various beasts that roam the demon realm. That doesn’t mean she’s impossible to call back though. There are modes of transport in the demon realm but…well, she e doesn’t have one. She IS the transportation

From the barren desserts thousands of miles away to the palace, that’s barely even a brisk jog for her. Just because she’s not around doesn’t mean she’s not a threat.

Also, she brings some of the beasts back to the palace to…surprisingly, cook them. She’s the demon king’s personal chef as well.

She’s not above eating some of them raw though, she’s a freak.

Strength alone isn’t the only reason she’s respected. She’s a skilled commander and tactician, even if most of the time she doesn’t need complicated tactics. She’s led more of her soldiers into and out of impossible odds than any other general.

One general views them as tools and uses them for experiments among other things. Cannon fodder.

Another sees them as servants to do their bidding, and provide for their every desire.

The last general is willing to sacrifice any soldier as long as they survive, and they get to see a tactic through.

Akasha though? She’s the only general that views her soldiers as people. She’s harsh, cruel at times and a total weirdo to most with how carefree she can be sometimes and how much she loves a good fight, and the training is downright brutal to the point of being damn near lethal. Though her soldiers all know that Akasha wouldn’t leave a single one of them behind no matter what. Which is why she’s so well respected. Not just among her soldiers, but the people as well.

Well, it’s more of a begrudging respect. The demon king isn’t exactly the representation of sunshine and rainbows, and she IS his enforcer, but she tends to do whatever the hell she wants since no one can really…stop her.

She’s like the one worker that gets paid cause they’ve been there for years, but doesn’t do that job all the time and rarely comes into work.

Tasha

Akasha’s crazy daughter. Half demon, half human…an explosives loving maniac with little to no filter who also has a penchant for mischief, chaos, and fun. She can’t sit still for more than 10 minutes at a time. She lives in the mortal realm (on earth) and never actually sees her mom. Since she dwells entirely in the demon realm. She still loves her a great deal despite the distance and lack of presence though.

Tasha lived with her father, a former assassin turned politician and her sister, Sasha. Funnily enough, both Sasha and Tasha turned out to be assassins. It’s their main means of making money..though Tasha does it for the love of the game and getting to blow stuff up, Sasha only does it when she needs to pay her bills and her streaming service subscriptions (HBO Max and prime ain’t gonna pay itself. Nor will the others) sometimes they even work together on missions

I’m making a short comic for Seraphina, and I need to know if this gives off an intimidating, murderous vibe. I like the drawing, but specifically I mean the text bubbles and font. I feel like there’s more I could do to make it intimidating but maybe I’m just overthinking. What do you guys think?

So I wanted to make a powered up form for my character Asha. The first slide is what I started with, but I feel like it’s just not giving a powerful vibe. I wanted her hair to be like fire, but still in that Afro type form. She looks kinda goofy right now. I like her base form fine (which is how she looks on all the other slides) but the super form isn’t giving super…it’s just kinda…lacking. I might keep the idea of a jacket made of flames but the hair definitely has to change. Any suggestions?

​Hazel, despite being an absolutely evil woman. Is…deeply traumatized. A woman lost and deluding herself into a path she thinks is the only way.

when she was younger, her parents died early. Or more like her dad left her with her mom who was sick and died. And her dad was in debt. So naturally the loan sharks came to collect. Since the dad ran off, they only found Hazel and her dead mother…so they took her as collateral. To repay her father’s debt, she was going to be made to work for it. Eventually, a scientist came along and bought her off the gang’s hands, paying her debt in full and seeming to be her savior…but he was the farthest thing from it.

She was taken to a lab where she was experimented on. Her pain tolerance was tested to the max, she was ripped apart and put back together again over and over, electrocuted, locked in rooms with dangerous animals, all to see how well she’d survive it all. And determine her capability of being merged with [FILE REDACTED.]. She gained abilities from the experiment, manipulating soundwaves is her main go-to…and she can release paralyzing mist from her body among other things. Her rabbit ears and tail are also a byproduct of his. But she wasn’t the only experiment…there were thousands of subjects, and she got to meet them all in due time…

Only to have to later fight them all in a bloody slaughter fest for survival.

The scientist took joy in watching these experiments fight and struggle to survive, and he put them against each other to weed out weaklings from the most capable. Mere children forced to fight to the death for the chance to see another day. Only four of them ended up surviving out of the thousands once present, Hazel included. Hazel was mentally broken, she was so willing to give up…but those children were her friends. She suffered. They suffered…all because one man wanted to play god. So she bided her time, took note of all his habits…and eventually, when he let his guard down for just a second…she took her chance. But he didn’t die right away…he begged. He pleaded with her. He cried for mercy. And Hazel, despite all the other things she felt? She felt good. It was almost euphoric to see someone finally groveling at her feet. To finally be in control for once. After being at people’s mercy for so long, constantly a victim of circumstance and being weak and powerless, now she had the power to decide what happened to someone else, and it was thrilling. So…even after she let the others out of containment, she went on to begin doing heinous things of her own.

It started with common criminals. The worst of the worst. The people who’d commit the worst crimes known to man. She’d make a message out of them and leave the mess for other people to find. She was the closest thing to “justice”…retribution. But over time that darker part started to come back. That desire to see people suffer. It didn’t stop at just criminals. She’d take people, kidnap them, torture them for days on end. Using everything at her disposal. Things they loved, things they valued. Objects. Secrets…family. She loved watching someone break under her heel. It was exhilarating.

Torturing people, making them suffer, manipulating anyone and everyone to get whatever she wants and to watch the despair sink in as they realize it was all part of her plan in the end. It was a euphoric feeling unlike any other. After all…

I don’t mean in a mama bear and baby cub way. I mean more like a….they started sharing the same brain cell over time. They couldn’t have been more different, but now they’re on the same wavelength. Whether that be absolutely goofy or dead serious, or anything else in between
