If you enjoy weirdness on the water as well as in the skies be sure to check out r/WeirdWatercraft!! I present to you the The Reid Flying Submarine!

The Reid Flying Submarine or RFS-1 was constructed in 1961 by Donald Reid. The craft was capable of flying around 33ft and diving to a depth of 2 meters; to convert it into a submarine, the propeller was removed and the engine was covered with a rubber diving bell, an aqualung was also necessary.

The Gallup Shotgun is a unique example of a side by side lever action shotgun; it is chambered in 12 gauge.

I saved these images a long time ago and unfortunately don't remember anything else about it.

The 67 meter Destriero was built by Italian shipyard Fincanteiri in 1991 in order to break the record for fastest trans-Atlantic crossing by a surface vessel; she broke the record and still holds it to this day. She would remain laid up for several years and was unfortunately scrapped in 2023.

The Gu Tian launched by Mawei Shipyard in 1974 was the largest concrete vessel ever built by China; however her maiden voyage would also become her last. The ship was deemed too expensive to run and too expensive to demolish so she was grounded near Zhongzhou Village and remained there for 38 years.
