Seeking glass skin (dry skin)

I have dry skin and I’m looking to build a simple CTM routine for hydrated, plump, glowing “glass skin.” Please share any skincare products or routines that have genuinely worked for you! Also, do you recommend a sleeping mask for extra hydration? And is it okay to use sheet masks every night, or is that overkill?
Would love your recommendations!

Please suggest me some books.

I’ve been dealing with a lot of stress and anxiety, and lately I feel like I don’t have much control over my emotions or reactions. I react impulsively, give in too easily, and sometimes say things I regret. I also cuss a lot, which I genuinely want to change.
I want to become a calmer, kinder, more patient and positive person who doesn’t react to everything. I’m also quite empathetic and tend to absorb other people’s emotions. I’d love recommendations for books that genuinely helped you with emotional control, overthinking, anger, self-discipline, or simply becoming a calmer person.

Starting both running and the gym tomorrow. Any beginner advice?

I’m starting both running and the gym tomorrow, and I’m a complete beginner at both. My plan is to run 3 times a week and go to the gym every day except Sunday, which will be my full rest day. Any tips or things you wish you knew when you first started? Anything I should avoid as a beginner?

How did you get yourself to like black coffee?

I really want to start drinking black coffee because of its benefits and as a pre-workout before the gym. The problem is, I have serious taste issues. I can’t even gulp green tea. I can drink regular milk coffee without sugar, but black coffee is something I just can’t get down. Did anyone else start out like this? Any tips to get used to the taste without adding sugar or sweeteners?

25F | Starting the gym next week. Advices?

Joining a gym for the first time next week, and I’m honestly a bit nervous. I’ve never been to a gym before only swimming, running, and walking.
I’m on the heavier side, so I’m also worried I’ll look awkward or be judged while learning. My goal is weight and fat loss, and I’ll have a trainer, but I’d still love to hear your best beginner tips or things you wish you knew before starting.

Planning to gift myself a new phone this year and upgrade from my iPhone 12 (64 GB), which I bought in 2022. Battery health is down to 69%. My budget is ₹65k, non-negotiable. Should I go for the iPhone 17e or the iPhone 16?

What’s one thing you do every birthday to make the day feel extra special?

I always start mine with an early morning spa. Curious to hear everyone else’s traditions.
