Next module starts in October, what to do until then?

Having finished my two Stage 1 modules, I'm waiting on A223 starting in October. Any ideas on what I can fill the time with and to keep my study brain going?

I was thinking doing some of the OpenLearn modules. I welcome suggestions.

Relative's military records "closed" under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, why would this be?

Researching the family history. Found one great-grand uncle died in late July 1944 somewhere in Normandy. Curious, I searched for his grave details and found it, along with his service number and decided to apply for his records.

The National Archives replied back with:

"This record is currently closed under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and will need to be sensitivity reviewed before we can determine whether it is possible to open it to the public."

Is there any reason why this might be? Is it fairly routine? From what I can tell he was killed in action.

A113 EMA, advice?

Long story short I've hardly made any progress due to a mental health breakdown, EMA is due this coming Thursday. I've got enough on my other TMAs to get me 51% overall for the module which is over the 40% needed to pass. I've checked with the assessment criteria for the module and it states I merely just need to submit the EMA and provided I'm over 40% overall, I should pass. I double-checked that I don't need a certain % on the EMA either, only to just submit it.

I'm waiting to hear back from my tutor. Any advice please?

Sorry if it's confusing.

So for example, say I have John, and his mother Jane. I've got the birth record of John linked to his birth fact in the timeline on his main page. Is there any way I can use that same record to link to the 'birth of son' fact on the mother's page timeline?

Any good readable histories of the Carolingian Empire/dynasty as a whole and not just Charlemagne?

I wanna know how the empire came to be passed down and partitioned over time.
