Not only is she a lesbian, but Capcom has been giving us hints since 1993. The buff soldier who wears not one but TWO upside down triangles into battle? A lesbian?? Couldn’t be. There are people who still insist that that she is in a platonic relationship with another woman who holds her like THIS with that look in her eyes, AND wears a locket with her face on it at all times.

The fact that anyone denies this is being willfully ignorant at this point. Yes I’ve had too much vodka and Diet Coke but I went into a Reddit deep dive and found a post from
2 years ago with people vehemently denying Cammy’s obvious lesbianism and it made me realize that there are actually people who refuse to acknowledge the blinding truth in front of them because it means they have no shot with a video game character. Let that sink in.

Cammy is finally a whole person, and she was lucky enough to find love with one of what? 11 people in the entire world who could possibly fully understand her? Let my girl be happy and in love. You never had a chance with her.
