Upset about how some muslims football players represent Islam when it comes to Zina and haram relationships

Salam aleykoum.

I’m a veil muslim woman and also married Alhamdoulilah.

I’ve been following the world cup with my husband and other football competitions.

I really hate how some players show their faith in some way but when it comes to Zina and haram relationships they just dont care.

The prevalence of Zina is one of worst thing atm in our community. Its destroying the younger generation and has so much negative effect on our society.

For example they will do sujud, make duas before matches in front of cameras, tell people to say salam aleykoum and so on.

But once you scroll on the net they dont mind showing their girlfriends or even intimate affection. Most of them are not veiled or dressed in a way that is inappropriate.

Zina is one of the worst sin you can commit and they are just showing young men and women thats its ok for them to act that way.

May Allah guide us all.

So upset about it :’(

Breathtaking nights and days in the French alps, Chamonix France.

Hello everyone.

30 year old female / Late May 2026

I was in the French alps for a few days for a solo trip. It was nice to get away from work and just enjoy the beautiful landscapes and views.

I took the train to Lyon then a flixbus to Chamonix.

I visited Chamonix for about 2 hours. Its pretty small but beautiful. Then I went hiking in the French alps.
Before sunset I made my tent and slept there for two nights. I met some nice people and felt safe all the time. Everyone was very helpful. The hike was not difficult and I slept near le Refuge.

It was absolutely beautiful. Cant wait to do it again maybe with friends and family.

Pictures were taken with a half broken IPhone 14 so not the best quality. All my pictures are unedited.

Sunset view of les aiguilles de Chamonix : pics 1 to 5 and 19.

Town of Chamonix : 16 and 17.
Hiking trails : pics 6,7 , 10, 12, 13, 14 , 15 , 18.
Near le refuge du lac blanc : pics 8,9 , 11.

Paris’ transformation from 2016 to 2026 is amazing. Is your city doing the same ?

Paris has changed a lot in the last decade, for the better.
Less noise, less cars and less pollution.

I was wondering if your city is doing the same.

If not, what is stopping it ?

3 days in Alsace, France

I spent 3 days in Alsace (North East France) without a car.

Very picturesque towns and villages. The vibe was amazing.
People were friendly and the food was really good as well.
We visited Strasbourg then we took the train to Colmar (around 30 mns).
Around Colmar they are many beautiful villages : Riquewihr, Kayserberg, Ribeauville… We took the bus to visit all of them. They surrounded by vineyards.
The weather was amazing too.

Riquewihr : 1 to 6
Kayserberg : 7 to 9
Colmar : 10 to 16
Strasbourg : 17 to 20
