What do you guys do when you take your dolls to conventions? I want to take Donna to the doll show on Sunday but am stumped on how to carry her along since she's so big. Its a lot different than just sticking a monster high doll in my purse 🤣 it'll be at least a few hours of transport

I must say I had a very great experience with the customer service. They were extremely helpful throughout the whole entire process by explaining things and such.
Liz helped me out so much by figuring out what was making my stuff so expensive to ship
Shipping was very very expensive because of my figures so, I had to use ups. I do wish that they would add a secondary cheaper option for larger orders.
Everything was very well packed. I was nervous to order the frieren figures in fear they would not be packed well and break but, they were so well packaged and arrived safely!
I like how they put things in individual clear bags to prevent things from getting wet!
In conclusion I would definitely order from jpfans again.

I got a pretty sizable order coming in from Japan and because of these stupid regulations being put into place my stuff may get destroyed and ill be out almost 500+ usd. It wants me to complete this form and ap i have like three days to do it and every single place I go is not being any help. 😭

I dont even know what to put because most of my stuff is vintage 😭 i ordered through a proxy site called jpfans and since it's so new they're not being much of help at the moment. Is there anything I can do?

So a few hours ago it was working fine for a few minutes while I was playing it and then all of a sudden the buttons just stopped responding but the lights were still on. I tried to replace the batteries and then when I put them back in the screen did this!!! Im sad because this was my first pixel chix 😭
If this is a lost cause how much should I sell it for? Because if it is unfixable I do not want to keep it
