New Pharmacy Selections - 4 Pharmacies and Growing!

BPI ⬇️ and Nova ⬆️

We finally had BPI officially removed from our intake today and had it replaced with Nova Specialty Pharmacy tirzepatide with B6.

Nova Background Info:

Nova is actually White Label dba Nova Specialty Pharmacy 503B and 503A. We chose them because of their plan to transition to 503A when they stop 503B production. This seemed like a sensible way to ensure continuity for our customers.

Nova serves all states except California.

It is important to note that the concentration is 10mg/mL for all vials 1-6mL. This means if you’re on a higher dose, it may be a two syringe job.

Our Other Pharmacies Include:

- VialsRx semaglutide and tirzepatide with B12 or Glycine
- Boudreaux’s semaglutide and tirzepatide with Glycine. Boudreaux’s has quickly become a fan favorite!
- Hallandale non-additive semaglutide and tirzepatide

ALL Pharmacies are overnight shipping!

We’ve chosen partners who are efficient and fast. To improve your experience, we’ve added overnight shipping to all orders.

If you have any questions, please just let us know! Thank you!

Closed for Memorial Day!

Hey everyone!

Just a heads up that Trillium, our pharmacy partners, and other partners will be closed Monday in observance of Memorial Day.

I’ll be keeping an eye on the chat throughout the day, but otherwise we’ll be back to regular operations on Tuesday.

Thanks so much, and hope you all have a great weekend! 🇺🇸

Bye bye BPI!

We are officially done with BPI.

Current orders will be fulfilled but otherwise BPI is gone from Trillium!

We currently have Hallandale non-additive, VialsRx with B12 or Glycine, and Boudreaux’s with Glycine.

We are working on another B6 additive option that we hope to have available in the next two weeks!

If you are currently on BPI, we will have more information coming soon about switching for your refill.

Thank you everyone!

Adding VialsRx (B12 or Glycine) and Boudreaux’s (Glycine)!

New pharmacies are live at Trillium!

We’ve added two new options:

VialsRx (503A) -> Available in all 50 states. Tirzepatide and semaglutide, with your choice of B12 or glycine.

Boudreaux’s (503A) -> Available in all states except AR, CT, HI, and NJ. Tirzepatide or semaglutide with glycine.

Both ship overnight and have been moving quickly out the door.

To switch to a new pharmacy, here’s what to do:

  1. Log into your patient portal and go to Treatments -> Plans
  2. Cancel your current treatment
  3. Complete a new intake here: https://app.trytrillium.com/start-online-visit/lqkte
  4. Select your preferred pharmacy during the intake

We are continuing to add new pharmacies to help meet the needs of everyone!

Happy Saturday!

Realistic Shipping Timelines

Hello Trillium!!

We know you’re excited to get started and receive your order! Here’s a quick look at what happens after you place your order so you know exactly what to expect:

1. Provider Review (1-2 days)

Once your order is submitted, an independent licensed provider reviews your intake and determines your eligibility, if approved your prescription is sent to the pharmacy. This usually happens within a day.

2. Sent to Pharmacy (3-5 business days)

After approval, your prescription is sent to the pharmacy for fulfillment. Pharmacies are only open Monday-Friday, so weekends don’t count toward this window.

3. Shipping and Delivery (1-3 days)

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 1-3 days, depending on pharmacy.

Total estimated time: roughly 5-10 business days from order to doorstep. However, sometimes sooner!

If your order has been sitting at “Sent to Pharmacy” for more than 5 business days, reach out and we’ll find out what’s going on!

Thanks for your patience!!!

Apollo Care 503B Unavailable for Semaglutide

Hi all!

We received word that Apollo Care semaglutide is unavailable moving forward. I am unsure if it's a choice by the fulfillment pharmacies PerfectRx / PerfectionRx to stop carrying it or if it's another 503B stopping production. More information to follow.

We have Hallandale semaglutide non-additive serving all states excluding CA, KS, AR, MI, MN, AL, HI, MS, MA.
And for those states, we'll have more options available very soon! We'll continue to work with our customers to find the right option for them if Hallandale is not available in their state.

While this is unfortunate news, it stays in line with what I expected. We are prepared for changes and we are excited to partner with reputable and popular 503A
pharmacies that highlight speed and quality with their services and products.

Happy Monday, y'all!!

Hey everyone!

We have some outstanding BPI orders that may be showing as “Sent to Pharmacy” and haven’t been updated in awhile. This is happening to customers who have placed more than one BPI order across multiple telehealths at the same time, and it’s creating a tech hiccup on the pharmacy’s end. Our ordering platform and Pharmacy Hub (dispenser) are actively working on a fix.

If your order shows “Sent to Pharmacy” and you HAVEN’T placed an order anywhere else, you’re in the clear! It’s just a regular “we’re working on it and it will be sent soon!”

There is still BPI supply and your order is coming. Once the tech issue is resolved, we’ll get these expedited. This is affecting other telehealths too, since many of us work through the same pharmacy.

Thank you for your patience!
