This quest is driving me insane! I’m at the burial mound near Forsaken Cave and Alduin resurrected the Dragon so I couldn’t get the cache for Kaidan’s mother’s letter and now the mound looks like this.

The cache isn’t spawning. I’ve looked over every inch of this mound and the quest arrow is just floating in mid air.

I’ve done the 3 day rest in an indoor area to reset the outdoor area and it’s still the same.

Am I bugged out of the quest?
