I was filling out the details on PAL website but apparently not a good idea to use Safari - idk parang sabog.

So i used MS edge instead and nag auto fill siya. Pagbook ko ng ticket tangina kulang ng isang letter name ko. Just to have it corrected they want to charge you tapos bagal pa ng CS. Its so annoying.

Any tips to make the charge free? (Well idk how much pa charge kasi bagal ng CS)

How do you clean your cars?
For the wheels, do you use microfiber or nylon scrubber?

Here’s my routine! (But if I have a driver, I make him wash it for me hehe)

1. I wash my car at night or if Im parked under a shade
2. I prepare 2 buckets of water with a grit guard, one with car shampoo, one with water
3. I rinse the entire car first with water and soapy water using a pressure washer (pero si driver d nya ginagawa ito)
4. I use the mitt to further lather and scrub the car with soap bucket, top to bottom. And then rinse the dirty with the water only bucket. Also we use a microber mop so we can reach the top if its a suv
   5 i repeat step 4 until i covered the entire car
   6 wheels we use a brush
   7 rinse the whole car with water
   8 use a microfiber towel for drying

Any suggestions to improve?

Actually mga naiisip ko:
- ok lang ba ung nylon brush o dapat kaya microfiber?
- malaki kasi ung pressure washer medjo hassle gamitin, meron kaya kung mas maliit and easier to use?
- idk if may big difference if pakabit ako ng water filter like the ones sa auto detailers

I'm at a stage wherein I'm focused on work and I really want this business to become successful. And at night, I'll schedule some time to workout 3x a week and just want to be in bed before 11PM. Di naman ako hirap sa buhay tbh and I'm sure mas maraming tao dyan na may masmalalang problema sa buhay ko. I just don't want to dump this feeling to my other friends, its not worth their time.

Sobrang OA talaga ewan ko. Tapos icocompare pa naman ba ako sa other friends niya. Ang pinaka ni-rereklamo niya ay low value ang turing ko sa kanya. Like, excuse me? sobrang nakaka offend tbh. Every night hahanapin ka or kailangan ng kausap at ibibigay mo naman. Kung nag-abroad ako, siya lang ang nagiisang palaging nagpapasabuy. At pag di mo nabilhan, sobrang OA at nag tatampo. Parang gago ba toh. As a friend, sana maging mas appreciative ka sa mga tao. You are too sensitive! Kesa gabi-gabi binibigyan kita ng emotional support, sana nagka-jowa na lang ako and have my dick sucked to release the stress i get from work and achieving my goals. Dagdag stress lang ginagawa mo sa akin linggo-linggo. Tanga tanga ko rin na di pa kita ni-cutoff.

Employee finished conducting his last store visit in Los Banos, Laguna at 4:20PM. He was allowed to go straight home  instead of staying at the store until 5PM since the site for the day is pretty far. On the way home, he rear ended a Mitsubishi Mirage and admitted he was wrong. The car owner asked 5,000 from him for damages. The employee’s motorcycle also has a bit of a scratch. The company sent the employee 5,000 in cash so he can just settle it immediately.  Currently the management believes since it happened after the last store, it has no liability but it still willing to pay 3,000 out of the 5,000 as a “help”. They did consider paying the entire 5,000 but was afraid that the employees might become careless in the future since the company will pay for it anyway.

Question:

1. Is the company liable to pay for the damages to the car and the employee’s motorcycle?

I use gcash to remit sss contributions of our employees. Ang weird lang kasi may Sss sa gcash pero never naman gumagana lol. Have others here have successfully used it or have the same problem as I do?

Just wanna put it out there. We may have toxic friends. Minsan mahirap talaga overly sensitive peole who carries too much trauma from whatever gave them that

Life seems unfair for them if you leave them but napakahirap grabe. Just care about yourself and be selfish. Leave them alone, dont let their trauma drag you down.

My problem is that I only want to get notifications for important things like transactions or account problems.

Lakas kasi ni gcash mag ads ng GLoans or mga promo which i dont really care or need. Natatabunan tuloy mga notifs for transactions.

Sobrang sad kasi ang cheap ng feeling. Mga e-wallet ko sa abroad sobrang functional. Transactions lang talaga. 😅 Baka ung makakatalo sa Gcash yung may magandang service at hindi makulit sa peomotions.

Alam niyo yung kwento na mababa tingin sayo kasi akala nila di mo afford pero afford mo pala, natamaan ego mo kaya bibilhin mo na lang lahat ng mamahalin sa gamit ng store to prove a point. Kaso talo ka dahil nakuha naman ni Sales and company yung commission.

Ang dapat mong gawin ay bumili sa competitor niya at iflex mo sa mukha niya.

I was planning to apply ceramic coat on the new car asap but a friend mentioned that maybe i should wait for a month because there’s a clear coat.

No idea what that is, wala akong alam sa coating hehe. So hoping to get advice from experienced people.

Also im confused with graphene and ceramic coating hehe what should i choose? Concern ko is i wanna prolong the paint, avoid scratches and watermarks and problem ko sobrang dusty sa area na work ko hehe.

Ppf baka no na kasi naninilaw daw and they remove pala ung logo sa car tapos binabalik. So nalalaglag daw ung logo after ppf.

So both the main and duplicate remote of my Toyota Altis 2009 is broke and when we brought to the casa they said the replacement will cost at total of 10k. Its just too expensive so wondering if you guys have leads where I can have this fixed. Thank you!

When I buy something on Shopee, I would always ask for a sales invoice for the purpose of reimbursement and corporate accounting. For those who do not understand, its the 12% VAT and to declare expenses to lower your income tax.

If overseas based, understandable wala la talagang VATable invoice pero pag na sa PH naman sila tapos ung pekeng Shopee e-invoice pa rin bibigay nila? Tax evasion na talaga yan. Tataguib lang nila ung VAT.

By overseas sellers they are mostly based in China.

Because of this if local Shopee seller ka that sells china products, you cant compete with China sellers. So ano epekto ng witholding tax rule sa sellers? hindi naman nawala volume ng sales ng items, nag shift lang from local sellers to China-based sellers because they can sell cheaper since they dont get taxed and thats unfair.

Korea and Japan is a diff ball game since branded naman selling point nila.

Pero ang di ko maintindihan is meron mga China sellers na may operations dito sa Pilipinas pero d pa rin sila nag bibigay ng resibo.

So does that mean if local seller ako, pwede ko rin pala gawin ay mag deny ng sales invoice?

I got a Cat 5e wire and I need the change the tip (or do u call it a connector?) because the lock is broken. So I was checking out Shopee and and there are just too many kinds and now I'm confused. Note: I'm planning to change my 2 wires from cat5e to cat6 eventually but really just need to fix the current connectors right now.

1. Passthrough connectors looks easy but do I need to buy a new crimping tool? (I have the one that look like pliers, its over 10 years old). Is the passthrough version really different?

2. Cat5e vs Cat6 connectors - these have nothing to do with the speed right? So i better buy the Cat5e passthrough connector?

3. I saw on youtube that even the Cat5e or Cat6 connectors have different kinds and it can affect speed?

I recently bought a Deco 50x mesh set

Primary Node is in the study room. I have two Cat 5e Ethernet cables attached to it. First one goes to the master bedroom and the second goes to the living room. The wire goes from room and out of the house and back to the room so its exposed outdoors.

The bedroom node and even the old router gives a max of 100mbps on a 5ghz But the ISP plan is 400mbps so i suspect that its a wire problem. Another thing is that the deco app it said my wire has low capacity.

Living room node - i get the full 400 mbps on 5ghz. Although im curious why in the deco app it would sometimes say the wire is not ideal.

Im planning to recrimp the wire, maybe its just loose contact. hopefully its not broken or a fake cat5e.

Ive used a ethernet cable tester pero useless ata lol. Sayang pera sa shopee 💸. But fun to use hehe. May contact naman, nag blink 1 to 8 both lines.

I’m trying to get rid of all the wifi blind spots at home and making connecting to the wifi more seamless.

Hirap kasi paglipat ng room napuputol wifi lalo na mga seniors di nila alam paano mag change ng wifi. So kinda thought about getting mesh. Kaso ang dami palang technical things to consider 😂

Sa mga nakagamit na ng wifi 5 and 6, malaki ba difference sa speed? Sufficient na kaya 5?

Apat lang kami sa bahay, at may apat na tv. Di naman kami nag oonline games. Internet speed plan namin ay 400mbps.
