New

I got my orientation tomorrow at Ground as a package handler. and I’ve heard from other people who’ve worked there that they don’t allow phones. I was wondering if any of the warehouses have metal detectors that enforce it. I’ve heard the same people they take their vape in so idk. I’m only working 3 hours a day 5 days a week so I’m not really worried about my phone until it gets really cold, but I def do wanna take my vape in lol.

The heck is going on??

I’m currently 14 dpo or at least I believe so based off of LH peak and BBT spike. I’ve been getting positives since 9dpo but they’re super super faint. (I know it doesn’t show the 14dpo in the picture but it did get a little darker)

I went for bloodwork on 9/10, my hcg was 9.4 and my progesterone was low at 4.36. Immediately after I got my bloodwork done I started spotting and it was super light and seemed watered down a lot with CM. I talked to my gyno and she put me on progesterone the next day just incase. Then I went and got bloodwork on 9/12 in the morning and it was 8.9 and I was super bummed.

Hours later I was feeling cramping in my side and left groin that had came back. I was feeling cramping since I ovulated on 8/29 but got a little worse on 9/9-9/10. I was worried about it being ectopic so I went to the ER. They did a bunch of tests including my hcg which ended up being 11.2. They did ultrasounds and it was too early to see where the egg was. So they want me to take another blood test this Tuesday to see the hcg trend and monitor any pain.

Has anyone experienced something like this? This is so weird.

Ps. Idk if it helps but I have PCOS.

Stick baby stick!

I’m at 10 dpo now. Me and my boyfriend saw a line yesterday that was so faint we couldn’t catch it on camera. Today I was able to catch it! I really hope it’s something 🤞🏻🤞🏻 this will be my rainbow pregnancy 🌈✨

CVS 50 Bulk Pack HCG

Anyone use these strips and ever notice a grey line in their tests? Ive used about 6 of their HCG strips over the last couple months and never notice an indent/evap test line unless I try to read it after 25-30 minutes.

I’ve been testing the last two days and haven’t seen a speck of anything. But I’m currently at 9 dpo rn and I read the test at 13 minutes out of 20. I was holding the test at different angles like I have been the last couple days trying to find the line and not only me but my boyfriend thinks he saw the line too. At one point I thought it looked a little pink, but for the most part it is grey. It’s so faint I couldn’t take a picture of it the camera couldn’t have picked it up.

First time LH tracking

I didn’t think it’d ever peak like this. (This one was taken with pretty diluted pee too 🫪) I have PCOS and it was doing what every other PCOS girls LH strips were doing. Wish me luck 🙏🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻👶🏻🤰🏻

Blood at 5 weeks,3days

I’m devastated. I have no idea if it’s a miscarriage or not this is the first time I caught a pregnancy. I’ve been bleeding since 5 pm yesterday and it’s gotten heavier since midnight last night. I’d say I’ve bled about a tablespoon within the last 20 hours. I’ve seen mucus-y clots as well.

I called urgent care to see if they can do an ultrasound-they said no, call your gyno
Called gyno and they said can push my second blood test to today (I’m still waiting on results) and they can’t do an ultrasound because it’s too early. My hcg levels were at 17.1 2 days ago so it’s likely so small they couldn’t see anything. They just said monitor the bleeding and clots. And if I soak a pad or a clot is bigger than a kiwi then to call them.

Are these positive?

I took one test last night and these two tests this morning. They’ve all had a faint line like this. My brain refuses to believe them. It’s been 14 days since I had sex within my fertile window and my period is 5 days late. These are also the cvs brand it said to wait up to 20 minutes before I read it to rule out negatives and for early detection. These were read at 15 minutes

Do you think this is too faint?

I’m currently 5 days late on my period. I also have PCOS so that could be the reason. This is the cvs brand I got in a bulk pack of 50

Should I be worried?

I’m currently on leave for a pending accommodation. I have a messed up ankle which then messed up my foot. Now I have issues with that and extreme pain. But I saw this notice on my app.

I didn’t submit the LOA, DLS did. But those who have had experience with DLS know how quick they are to deny accommodations.

Even before I saw this I was worried what if they deny my accommodations? Am I going to get repercussions for being away from work?

Private landlords?

I’ve been looking for a private landlord for like a week. This is only my second time renting so I don’t really know where to look. I’m aiming for $1100 or less. Allows cats and has either in unit laundry/ hookups or a shared laundry room. 2 bedrooms preferred or a minimum of 500sq ft. It’s ok if I have to pay all utilities, even better if some is covered by rent. In advance than you guys.

Pregnancy and PCOS

If you’ve been able to get pregnant with PCOS (PMOS), could you give me some tips 🥺? Ive been taking this inositol supplement which helped a decent bit but thats all I take. It’s helped me lose some weight, probably mostly water weight. And I don’t get my HARDCORE sugar cravings nearly as bad. I try to stick to an anti inflammatory diet as well but you know, the cravings 🙈😫💀

I was told losing weight could help a lot with trying to conceive. But I just can’t! I’ve been 5’5” for probably the last 10 years. 140lb used to be my normal weight but now it’s 185lb. (I was using birth control ages 16-23 and I think stopping it I had a rebound effect or something)

Insulin resistance symptoms are really my only issue that I know of. The sugar cravings, belly fat, thinning hair, sleep issues, shakiness when I don’t eat within 20 minutes after feeling slightly hungry, libido either really high or really low.

I have an apt with my new gyno in August, she’s a really knowledgeable lady I used to see her when I was younger and my mom’s been going to her for years. But I’ve spent the last year and a half since my diagnosis researching how to manage this because doctors seem to avoid PCOS like the plague and just figured I’d ask some people who could relate.

What’s the deal with this?

I’ve been on PLOA since the 3rd so I don’t mean all the 0s and negative vacation time. But sick pay??

u/Wellsem20 — 4 months ago

Why do I got a feeling…

We’re not getting much extra shade next year and AC bathrooms is it. I didn’t have to wait in a line at all for GA this year either

Some questions for yall

Especially if there's any girls in this sub. Ive been interested in going to trade school or apprenticeship to become an electrician. I currently work at Amazon full time and they give benefits to go to school. The most experience I have is basic light switches and outlets from ag class in highschool. But I've been interested because it seems really easy to pick up. I'm good at pattern recognition and feel like that's a big advantage towards the career path
My questions tho are:
1: how many years did you have to go to school before you started getting paid for electrical work?
2: what all did you have to go through to become an electrician
3: what's your free time like? Are you working endlessly or do you have a good work/life balance ( I'm planning on having kids very soon and wondering if you've had little ones during schooling/work
4: what's your pay like?
5: (if you're a girl) have you ever experienced any prejudice?
6: what's are the risks or downsides?

What if I just don’t come in 🥴

I’m taking PLOA the 3rd-20th and they just took me off the schedule completely. Peak is the week I come back to work so I’m so tempted. I’ve done it before at a different site and nobody said anything. The difference was I was also on accommodation and they just didn’t put me back on the schedule after a couple weeks leave fsr for like 4 months until hr was like yea idk why you’re not on it.

How do I dye my hair dark green without using bleach?

I’ve done probably an hour of research trying to find reviews on splat double lift dye but haven’t found anyone with the same color hair as me. It says it can lift up to 4 levels but I’m worried that would be too light. I want it to be noticeable but subtle at the same time 🥴 I think the second picture is as light as I would be willing to go. The first picture is my hair now

I have previously used black ion dye I think during the winter, about 5ish months ago.
