I haven't played since release. Are proper City walls a thing now or are the only walls in the game the manor walls? Because if I remember correctly, the manner walls technically work but they're very janky.

What, for example, is it like to work as a Logistics Coordinator, or maybe a Forwarding Agent? What are the hours like? Do you have an on call system for late night calls? How's the pay?

I'm going into my late twenties and I feel kind of directionless. I have ideas of what I want to do with my career, but I'm not sure if I can make it work.

I would love to hear any stories about people who changed careers and found success, or even about people who had it very rough in life and managed to turn things around for the better.

How is the pay and the work-life balance? How stressful is your average day? Do you find it fun to learn new things on the job? Do you feel like there are career advancement opportunities?

So I work in IT at my current company, and I'm eyeballing a position in a totally different department. If I ask for the job and they don't give it to me, did I just sign my own resignation letter without realizing it??

I only have like 110 hours of EU5 play time but I find it very difficult to make new cores. My current playthrough is Castile and the year is like 1420.

I've seen some videos showing complex ways to "cheese" the process of getting new cores by releasing conquered lands as fiefdoms, then make them dominions. I've tried it in my game and it seems to take a lot of time and I don't like how much micromanaging I need to do.

So in order to create new cores, should I just be releasing countries as vassals, then, one province at a time, take land from them and use my own cabinet to increase control and assimilate their culture to mine? While trying to keep my cultural influence high?

I would like to paint the map as much as possible with my colors :) Thanks

If I were a country with presence in only one or two markets, and I could easily conquer some locations with presence in a new market, would that benefit me in any way? I'm just thinking out loud with this question.

I don't really think it would, because you can still just trade with other nearby markets anyway.

Should I be able to do this like 10 years after game start?

You're telling me I can't go to North America and enslave tribal people over there?
