Look at this lil guy! (found in my bathroom, was really relaxed) [some kind of moth in scotland]

Some kind of common moth, but it's cute anyway.

I'm putting together a playlist of music I've never heard before. Throw your most unique and unknown picks at me. (If I have heard the song before, I will ask for another)

Trying to do curtsy lunges and hip thrusts for glutes but it keeps contracting my thigh and hurting my back, even when I try to make changes to get better form. It's making me miserable.

Exactly as the title suggests, I am trying to work on my body's figure. Most of the exercises I can do fine but hip thrusts and curtsy lunges is where I'm falling short.

For hip thrusts:

I'm working out at home and don't have an adjustable exercise bench so the closest I can get is an adjustable office chair, which stays on the same bit off the floor if I push it against the wall, but it still wobbles a little. I get it to just below my knee height when I'm standing straight next to it. Whenever I'm at the bottom of the thrust I have my feet and butt forming 45° angles with the floor and my knees and back, like a zigzag. When lifting up I make sure to plant my HEELS into the ground instead of my toes. At the top I make sure my back and torso are as parralel and straight with the ground as I can get them without moving my feet, and I make sure to check that the sole of my feet is parallel to my upper legs and perpendicular to my lower leg. I hold for 2 seconds while attempt8ng to clench my cheeks, before releasing and dropping carefully before thrusting again.

For Curtsy lunges:

now curtsy lunges are working just fine on my right cheek, but my left cheek is completely unnaffected when I alternate sides. For the right lunge I simply perform a standard backwards lunge with the difference being that my left foot is slightly to the right of my right foot if seen from the front. For the left leg, I try to do the same but something is wrong

I know this probably isn't enough information to help me, but some encouragement atleast would be nice. I plan to missout today and I won't have alot of time tomorrow.

I've never seen bleach, tell me about bankais and I'll rank them based on how strong they are, from 0 to 10

To clarify, 0 is "feels really weak for an ultimate move" and 10 is "yeah nerf that mf"

About me: overwatch (I don't play comp, it's scary :[)

Junkrat, junkrat, junkrat. How I loathe you. You fill into a niche I have never been able to grasp. Launching bombs that seem to detonate whenever they feel like it, placing beartraps that are only ever stepped on when I'm stepping on it. Placing mines that I will inevitably forget about. The only part of your kit I like is your ultimate.

Honorable mentions go to junkerqueen, domina, roadhog, sigma, anran, echo, emre, shion, sierra, sojourn, symettra, vendetta, venture and all supports excluding lucio.

She's in a really good spot right now but could we please get an ability that replaces assassin's charge when you're on the ground so that ground gameplay isn't just left clicking with the occasional right click?

It could be like a self buff effect or some soft cc or just a fancy attack just as long as it's something.

Fellas this is gonna sound like a stupid question but how the fuck does rendering work?

I haven't used "rendering" in any of my artworks so I was wondering what is was and how you're supposed to use it. Example images, especially before/after images would be helpful for understanding.

I no longer hate the new rogue skin!

Mind you, I only love the top half, the bottom half still feels weird.

I apologize for my degeneracy but here is the current rivals cast ranked based on how comfortable of a smash it would be in their base costume.

Questions on why characters went in certain tiers are allowed.
