I'm new here and have never used Stremio. I've read the pinned tutorial in sub, I went through the bootstrapper process using my phone, clicked sync addons on my fire stick but there's still no addons showing up on my fire stick. I checked the web version and the addons ARE showing up on the web version. I checked my fire stick to make sure I'm logged in, I reboot the app... Still no addons showing up.

What am I doing wrong?

Also, once I get the addons issue corrected, how do I add my Debrid service and Trakt?

It's over 90 degrees outside and I live on the 3rd floor (heat rises) and my air conditioner just broke (HVAC tech will be here tomorrow, but repairs could be delayed depending on how long the wait for the part is).

I have an oven style air fryer (this emits a lot of heat), the stovetop (also a lot of heat), and an instant pot that I rarely use so I'm not sure about how much heat it emits.

Other than the obvious answer sandwiches and salads, what are other good meal ideas that won't make it too hot in apartment?

Also, I've got frozen chicken burgers thawing in the fridge, can I put them back in the freezer?

ETA the chicken burgers are raw ground chicken made into patties that I froze. But they've been thawing in the refrigerator.

I've been using Real Debrid for ages and using Syncler since the week it came out. I've been able to find almost everything under the sun, no matter how old or hard to find using this combo of services. But now with the recent RD issue, I'll obviously be looking for another Debrid provider but I'm also thinking about going with a free app (Syncler is a paid app and my yearly subscription is almost up).

So I'll need something that pulls links for older movies/TV shows in addition to the newer stuff (I watch a lot of stuff from the 90s and early 2000s) that can be installed on a fire stick.

Something that's easy to set up/use please. I'm so used to Syncler and RD that I've honestly forgotten how to set up and navigate anything else. 🫠

I prefer something that I can also add 🧲 links to if at all possible. Once in a while I'll have a hard time finding something older but I can usually find a 🧲 to convert for streaming. Also, what is everyone's favorite place to search for T0rrent 🧲? I used to use TorrSE but I need a new place, its been giving me an error lately.

When I first got my 2025 Moto G it would get frozen when trying to unlock it, it would literally take several minutes just to get it unlocked and half the time I had to reboot it. It's been working fine the past couple of months but I'm not sure if the issue was fixed during an update or if maybe I changed some settings and that fixed it. I was going to order another one for my son since mine has been working well lately but I wanted to make sure that the issue has been resolved for everyone. I messed around with some settings a few months ago, I don't remember what settings I changed but idk if that's what fixed the problem or if maybe an update fixed it. From what I was reading, this was a common problem that a lot of people were experiencing.

I have OCD, PTSD, and REALLY bad anxiety and I haven't been able to stop obsessing about a minor interaction with a gadje rakli that happened this morning. I just need to vent...

I was raised to not tell gadje fowki that I'm mixed Romanichal (American). The few times that I did I was either met with stereotypical racist remarks or I was accused of lying and told that G*yspies are just a made up thing, that they're not even real... I have literally gone my entire life hiding my culture and ethnicity from gadje fowki. It's a very touchy subject that's caused so many identity issues, I've known my therapist for over 10 years and I only just recently told her that I'm Romanichal because it was that hard for me to confide in someone about it.

But anyways, today I was having a friendly conversation with an acquaintance and she got on the topic of culture and without thinking I blurted out that I'm Romanichal and that we have our own culture (I get sooo tired of hiding it, it just spilled out). This rakli started laughing and said "you fkn g*psy!" as if it was funny, she wasn't trying to be malicious and she didn't even realize how offensive and hurtful she was being, she just said it so casually. The world is so desensitized to the racism against Romani, unlike other types of racism, if it's discrimination towards Romani then it's a type of racism that's actually acceptable. To me it was the equivalent of if I was black and being called the N word. Then she goes on to say "oh I know all about you g*yspies, I watch y'all on TLC" and starts spitting out some stereotypical nonsense that she "learned" from watching TV. My anxiety was through the roof, I was too scared to correct her or let her know that her comments were discriminatory.

I know it doesn't seem like a big deal and this is NOTHING compared to the violence that Romani people as a whole have been through for 1500 years but with my OCD/PTSD/anxiety and identity issues I can't stop analyzing and replaying it in my head, it's been on repeat all day long. She wasn't *trying* to be hurtful, she spoke out of ignorance but I'm just bothered by how casual she was and that she didn't even understand that what she said was triggering. I have to see this person several times a week and now I feel extremely uncomfortable.

Again, I know that this comes no where near in comparison to the horrors that Romani have faced, it's just that my OCD, PTSD, anxiety, and identity issues make handling it so much harder. It's been stuck in my head all day long. Please don't fun of me, I'm really struggling with this. I hold it in for so long and try to hide it from the gadje world and the moment I tell somebody, this is the type of response I get every single time. 😭

My doctor suggested that I take Krill Oil for high sed rate/inflammation and knee/spine degeneration. Can anyone recommend a reputable brand that doesn't cost a fortune?

I'm not sure of the differences but I previously took Nordic Naturals Cod Liver Oil but did not get any relief so I don't want to spend a lot of money on something else only for it to not work either.

Any other suggestions for knee and spine degeneration, bulging discs in the spine, no cartilage in the knees, and arthritis are appreciated as well! Please be specific with brands. Things like turmeric, ginger, and MSM haven't been helpful at all.

My teen is trying to save up money for a car. In the meantime, he has access to a 2004 Chevy Aveo with 104,000 miles but it needs some work done, like brake pads/rotors, drive belt, clean/adjust/lube backing plates, alignment, tires, wipers, and also the air conditioner doesn't work (we had the freon recharged but it only lasted a day before going out again so it's something else).

I'm a single mom and my teen only has a part time job so money is tight. My fear is that these repairs will cost quite a bit. Since this is such an old car, would it be better to just save the money needed for repairs and put that towards a better car? Or should we go ahead and put money towards repairs for the Chevy Aveo while he still saves money for an older Toyota/Honda/Mazda? The Aveo will only be temporary until we're able to save up the money for a better car but it's probably going to take a while.

Estimate pricing for these repairs is appreciated!

I have a 2018 Sport and I just realized that it doesn't give me a warning sound if I leave the headlights on. Is there a setting that I need to turn on or does this car just not have that? This is the first car I've ever owned that didn't "ding ding ding" if I open the door with the headlights still on.

ETA: mine doesn't have an automatic setting, I have to turn the lights on and off manually

To sum it up my bloodwork came back high Sed Rate. The doctor did not do any further testing to find out why, he claims that because I mentioned having dry mouth that *must* mean I am mouth breathing and that's *probably* what's causing me to have a high Sed Rate.

But then he started preaching at me by saying that "our bodies are the temple of God and we aren't supposed to put things into our bodies that harm it", that there are pathogens in the air that I'm breathing in through my mouth and those pathogens are causing high sed rate.

He said "God didn't give you a mouth to breath through! That's why he gave you a nose! I guarantee if you shut your mouth then these numbers will come down" (referring to the sed rate results). "You need to start treating your body as a temple of God"

I feel unheard and dismissed because he didn't try to find out WHY my sed rate is high, he just chalked it up to the *assumption* that I may or may not breath through my mouth.

But not only that, his preaching at me was triggering because I went through spiritual abuse and have religious trauma from years ago.

So basically are doctors allowed to preach at their patients or was this unethical?

And also, can mouth breathing really cause a high sed rate or should he have ran further tests to try and figure out what's wrong with me?

The past couple of shipping orders that came from a local store didn't have a bag at all, just the item with the GMD sticker. It was small stuff that would fit in a bag like a flash drive, eye drops... So basically all of my neighbors know what I bought which isn't good if I buy something expensive.

My orders come from 4 different local stores so not sure if it's the same store not bagging or if it's multiple stores.

Has Walmart stopped using bags for shipping GMD orders or something?

I copied some pictures and videos from Google Photos to the local storage of my Chromebook (My Files>Downloads) but then when I deleted them from Google Photos, they were also deleted from the local storage in my Chromebook.

What am I doing wrong? Is there a way to delete from Google Photos without it also deleting from local storage?

Also, my doorbell camera videos play fine from Google Photos but when I move them to Chromebook's local storage, I can still hear sound but the video itself is completely black if played from the local storage. They are in mp4 format.

When I was convicted the only thing that I was told is that I was placed on unsupervised probation and to not get in any more trouble for 12 months. I was not informed of any fees so I'm shocked to see that I not only had a fee but that it's rose due to interest from being unpaid.

I was assigned a court appointed attorney but it does not list the attorney and that's been 25 years ago so I don't remember who it was. I also do not live in that county anymore.

It also says that I took a plea deal but I didn't, it actually went to trial and I was convicted.

I don't know who to contact to address this and I also don't have any proof, it was 25 years ago. I'm really worried that this can affect my credit or affect a background check for rental applications.

What are my options, who do I contact, and also what is the repercussions of this unpaid fee that has accumulated?

I've been making body butter for about 6 years but it's soooo greasy and I hate leaving residue on everything I touch, especially my phone or the remote.

Is there a way to make it less greasy?

I honestly don't measure it so I'm not sure of the ratios but I use a combo of things like tallow, avocado oil, hemp seed oil, apricot oil, olive oil, shea butter, coconut oil, castor oil, pumpkin seed oil - plus beeswax and essential oils. Not all of them together but I try to use at least one oil and one thicker butter like shea or tallow - plus beeswax. So for example maybe a combo of shea butter, avocado oil, and beeswax.

I usually make about 1 cup at at time so if there's anything I can add please lmk how much to add.

I don't have any preservatives so I can't add water.

Store bought lotions do not work for me plus I'm not comfortable with the ingredients used. My body butters work really well but I can't stand how greasy they are.
