Fights keep happening about the same things every three months because I only take care of household stuff when im told what to do, like “take out the trash” “okay”, but I never do it on my own thought. Im also not romantic enough for her, since I only write her notes when I go to the office (twice a week) and I only buy her flowers every 2-3 weeks and dont do anything else. Also I don’t play anything with family or appointments for the both of us (I take care of my own stuff though).
She says that she doesnt feel seen and doesnt feel loved.
After a fight I try to change the things, but tell her it takes time and often find myself falling back to my old self.
She also says she doesnt only want me to change the things, but that she hates me and I don’t even fight for her. She says, its like I dont care that we have this situation and the relationship is crumbling.

What can I do to show her now? Im going to change all the previously mentioned points, but I also need something strong for now.

I understand that I messed up. I know I have to change everything, but that is a long process and I also want to show her other things now instead of just the old “hes only doing this because he fought”.

I forgot to add this, but I also think im always right and everyone else is wrong, so according to her counseling wont work. Im trying to fix that too, but I get where shes coming from. Not in a narcissistic manipulative way, but after a back and forth I’ll tell people “yeah youre right, I was wrong”, but deep in the back of my mind I still think im right, I just dont want to argue.

Unser Anwalt hat uns gesagt, dass in unserer jetzigen Situation eine fristlose Kündigung möglich wäre. Jedoch haben wir das folgende in den Brief geschrieben und er hat dem Datum nicht widersprochen:
“hiermit kündigen wir das zwischen uns bestehende Mietverhältnis über die oben
genannte Mietwohnung außerordentlich und fristlos zum X. Y 2026, hilfsweise
ordentlich zum nächstmöglichen Termin.”

Kann man bei einer fristlosen Kündigung ein Datum angeben oder wird das vor Gericht nicht als fristlose Kündigung betrachtet, da man ja eine Frist setzt?

Ich kann meinen Anwalt leider nicht erreichen, da er im Urlaub ist und ich würde die Kündigung gerne vor Monatsende abschicken, weshalb ich euch nach Rat bitte.

Wir ziehen nächsten Monat in einen Erstbezug weshalb wir schon zwei Wochen vorher den Schlüssel erhalten können. In dem Vertrag steht 01.08, jedoch wollen sie vor dem Einzug die komplette Miete für August, obwohl wir die Kaution schon überwiesen haben. Ist das normal oder kann ich darauf bestehen, dass ich die Miete erst am 01.08 überweise?

Ich habe im Dezember letzten Jahres ein Auftrag für einen Kunde der ca. 1500€ beträgt erledigt. Die Firma war in Deutschland gemeldet und beide Geschäftsführer wohnen in Deutschland, jedoch habe sie vor ein paar Jahren ein LLC in USA gegründet. Der Kunde hat per Email bestätigt, dass die Zahlung auf dem weg ist. Im Februar habe ich dann ein Mahnverfahren gestellt, jedoch war die deutsche Adresse im Impressum falsch.
Nach weiterer Recherche hat sich ergeben, dass die Firma in Deutschland 2021 nach einem Insolvenzverfahren aufgelöst wurde.
Das Büro haben sie meines Wissens nach noch in deutschland und Name und Geburtsdatum des Geschäftsführers habe ich auch.
Kann ich den Mahnantrag an deren Büro schicken/an ihn persönlich oder muss ich mich damit abfinden, dass das Geld weg ist?

I’m a WooCommerce developer and would like to create content on social media to generate leads for my development business. My plugin videos are doing good and have a very high cvr, but the volume isn’t there for those search topics.
I’ve tried posting videos, but seem to only attract other developers, so I would like to know as a non technical users what type of youtube videos do you look at if any?

What's the best subs plugin for small businesses? I noticed that WooCommerce doesnt have a native feature for this and the official plugin is too expensive imo

I’m a solo dev and started my business around 2 years ago.
Right now im at the point where I get a lot of tickets, but not enough, so it would be worth it to hire a good VA.
80-90% of the tickets are okay and a lot of them are actually helpful in the development of my software. But then there are the \~10% that are absolute asshats.
Not too long ago I told them that my software doesnt have the niche feature that they are looking for out the box, but can give them a quote for a custom extension and got told that my response was “shit”.
How do you even respond to that?
Do you still stay super friendly to people that treat you like that and let them run over you?
When did you hire a VA and did you take anyone technical so they can also look in the code?
Or did you only hire someone that reads a script and you still take care of the “bigger” tasks?
