My mom had this exact bottle of Shalimar when I was a little girl. She passed away in 2016. Went thrifting and found the full bottle. Had to buy it.

Engraved sterling silver baby cup from the 1950s.

A woman was clearing out a hoarding situation. I think the house had been auctioned off. There was a shed out back she told me I could check out. I found a few really cool things, but this was my favorite.

Engraved on the front with the name "Susie." On the bottom it reads "Charles 1953" and is marked "Webster Sterling 4667."

Cup weighs 3.2 oz (or 90.7 grams).

I took what I could carry for a flat rate of $15. Not bad.

First edition copy of Reefer Madness signed by the author.

I bought this about fifteen years ago at a used bookshop in Los Angeles. When I got home, I opened it up and found the signature and message. It reads:

"To Linda, Who got me high, played me music, and gave me blisters! Thanks for the wonderful days! Love, Larry"

One of my favorite things I have ever bought secondhand.

Looking for help adding to my routine.

Hello! I am a wavy girl and I'm looking for some assistance from from people more knowledgable than myself.

My “routine” is I use Pantene Essential Botanicals shampoo and conditioner. After shampooing and conditioning, I wring out my hair and put a towel on it and dry it a bit. Then I run a brush through it and shake my hair out.

Then, I either I style my hair with a hairdryer (no diffuser) or let it air dry. I don't use heat protectant or mousse and need some suggestions on that.

I am also dealing with frizz (see photo). Severe humidity where I live and I'd love to bring it down while keeping a nice volume.

Curious to know what type of brush I should be using as well.

I'm open to any and all suggestions.

Could not love him more if I tried.

Everyone, please say "hello" to Briscoe. We just celebrated his fourth Gotcha Day last week.
