I have severe trouble sleeping. It often takes me hours to fall asleep, and when I wake up, I usually feel terrible (dizzy and not well-rested).

I am an English language graduate (I graduated 2 years ago). Since then, I haven’t really spoken English and I haven’t had the opportunity to do so. Now, my English feels rusty, and I am really struggling with confidence when speaking. In the next 20 days, I will be traveling to Norway to study for one month, and I am feeling stressed about it. Also, I am not very confident with everyday English, as I have mainly learned English in an academic context.
