Best type of brush for this beast?

We have a rake, a comb, dematter, a tiny slicker brush (meant for the cats) .... She hates being brushed and they all tug a bit. What is the BEST brush? A big slicker? Best brand? Her tail and butt curtains are the worst. Need your reccos!

Some are cystic. Haven't worn makeup for a while. Some along my jawline as well.

I had just cleaned all my sunglasses and glasses.

Not sure this is the right place to mention but I have Endometriosis and it's hard to keep track of my cycle because I don't really have one due to the medication I'm on. Does this look hormonal?
