If I'm failing on rep 7 on first set of incline bench do I need to lower weight?
Just curious if I'm jumping the gun early weight wise.
Bloodwork at age 29,185lbs. Not currently on anything. Should I be worried about my LDL?
Should I be concerned about these levels or should I just stop eating Wendy's?
Can anyone give me advice on my current workout split as a 5'9 185lb male?
Just got back into the gym after years of not working out. Still in good shape and can lift simular weight as before but never really had what I felt was a good routine.

Most of these are done on machines although I do plan to ditch some of the machines for free weight once I am more comfortable with my form. I do all workout for 3 sets of 8-10 reps and push till failure on the last set everytime. Obviously I am missing squat and bench press which I do plan on adding. Any exercises I should add/cut? Any other tips? I pretty much run these all through in order and just rest one day a week. Thanks in advance!
Anyone here had trouble with Rise payments?
I have two payouts sitting on Rise. Uploaded my mortgage statement PDF as proof of address and was told it cant accept it. I was then hold by the bot its because it has my PO box listed along with my home address. This makes no sense I receive all mail to my PO box. I escalated it last week and am still awaiting a response. Anyone had simular issues?
Twice now I hit max drawdown $100 away from payout. Im driving myself insane.
Still have 2 funded left with around $1000 total drawdown left on each but MAN i cant believe how close I get only to fail. I have 2 secured payouts currently so that's nice but still in the negative on eval costs. This last payout that I just lost would of set me even. Im struggling with motivation now after being so close and letting lack of disapline ruin it.
Starting to regret getting into church.
So, this is going to be a long one and I know the title sounds "bad" but hear me out. Around 2 years ago me and my (now wife) decided to randomly go to church on a Sunday. This church being my home church I grew up though I haven't been in about 13 years. To make a long story short, we ended up getting pretty into it and going regularly.
I was going through an emotional point with my Grandma (who is a member of this church) being diagnosed with cancer around a week after we first went and the church was obviously a big emotional support and even took care of her funeral for free.
Fast forward a bit and we both got quite into it and we're going to service 3 times a week. She ends up getting involved in a ladies group and making some good friends which I was happy about because she doesnt have a solid group of friends here (she's not from my state). All in all alot of positive things came from this and I don't dislike the church or the people at all.
This is an old school Baptist church, which has alot of elements I really like about church. Old school hymns, good preaching, not a huge mega church but not a small old dying one. About 150 person congregation. My wife has 0 prior experience with church before this and I am extremely happy she found God and has allowed him to work in her life in a good way.
Here's were my issues lie, this being my wife ONLY experience with church I feel that she is a bit TOO influenced by it. Like we all know some of these churches can be very opinionated and I've been someone who can listen to a message and understand that I may not necessarily agree with everything that come across the pulpit and that is totally fine. But with her jumping in with two feet like she did, I feel like she has let it mold her views in such an extreme way.
Some major things we disagree about. Number one being alcohol. From my interpretation its pretty clear that having a few drinks is not an outright sin and the sin is drunkenness and being a drunkard. Well this church is very much anti alcohol and in turn she is too. To the point were she sees me having a few beers or me and her sharing some wine is a big nono.
Another one being my friends. My best friends aren't perfect people and they dont live perfect lives but they are in no way shape or form bad people. Ive know primary friend group since around 5 grade. They've been my best friends for over a decade and all of them (aside from one) actually are believers and are saved as far as I know. But she thinks that because they're not in church that I shouldn't really be hanging out with them and always makes passive suggestions like "why dont you hang out with some of the guys from church". When I really don't even have strong friendships with those guys.
All in all it now feels engulfing. I feel like I am walking on eggshells and being judged by her 24/7. Me and her always used to have a blast having a couple drinks together and hanging out being goofy and now it feels like those days are gone. Life is already overly serious between having 3 kids, a house, stressful job and all in all our relationship is suffering and the church thing has not really helped it. It feels like I'm realizing why I ran from the church in the first place. My freedoms feel totally encroched upon. And if I even try and suggest that maybe some of her thoughts and feeling are being more rooted in the congregation rather than God and the Bible she gets upset. She acts like I'm trying to go back to a life full of sin and partying which is simply not the case. I'm just trying to explain to her that some of the churchs standpoint can often be very opinion based.
Im just having a real hard time feeling like I am not allowed to do normal things like have a beer in my own home, or share a glass of wine with my wife, or have some friends over. Thia stuff feels extreme and alot of these beliefs are hypocritical at thier core (like the idea that ALL secular music is bad but its okay to watch football or other secular entertainment). I absolutely love the pastor and the people but I just think I'm more able to separate my interpretations and what I believe the scripture teaches from the "what would pastor say" convictions.
Anyway just sort of stuck in a hard place right now and not totally sure what to do or where to turn. We are very rooted at this church and she has a great friend group here that I would never want to pull her away from and she had benefited greatly from. I just want to be able to communicate this stuff to her without being a spiritual stumbling block. Any advice or questions are welcomed.
Unable to allow camera access to a website site and permissions not even showing as an option.
Clicked the sliders and the only thing that pops up on the drop down menu are cookies and site data. There was one time permissions did appear but the only option was microphone. Camera access is allowed for chrome. Have no idea what to do as I need camera for identity verification. I also tried the samsung browser and brave brower with no luck. Any tips here?
Suggestions on a 5 day home workout routine for husband and wife? Primarily using dumbells.
Looking for exercise suggestions. Sort of looking to run typical push/pull/legs routine. Shes a complete beginner and most of my experience is pretty basic so if there are any good youtube workouts we can just follow along to that's even better. Also planning on follow each swsh up with 15-20 min treadmill. I do also have a bench press with a leg raise thing on it. Thanks in advance!

Is Kotor 1 not available on android anymore?
Not on the play store. Tried an APK and it installed but wouldn't load.
Anybody else take this bullish elephant trunk on the 5 minute?
Makes no sense I can easily pass an eval scalping with size but can't do it on the funded lol
reddit.comWhats the worst drawdown you've recovered from?
Currently have about 700 left to lose on a funded and the urge to size up and make it back is so tempting.
Should I keep trading this to get comfortably above buffer. Or will it just make payout too hard?
$960 until payout. Good thing I didn't quit after blowing my other funded Monday lol.
Thought I was trading my eval and went 10 micros deep. Turns out I was trading my funded that only had $200 drawdown left lol. This trade just brought me back to life.
From +900 to blown funded. I dont think I'm cut out for this fellas
Actual pain man. Just passed my first two evals. Was having some great days and boom here we are. I was so excited to maybe get a payout too.
