Safari truly tests my patience

Pages hang alllllll the time. Periodically, Facebook loads----blank. Yet if you go to say, Facebook's NFL page, there it is. Why do I subject myself to this? I use Chrome for work (on an HP Win11) and boy, that thing works great.

Changing dynamic theme from light > dark

I had this set up right and then a reinstall whacked it out. Specifically, what do I check to have a dynamic theme go light to dark? (Other than 'automatic.) M3MBA 26.6 Tahoe.

Plugged iPhone to MBA to sync music, now it's 'calculating' on and on...

I have M3 MBA. Synced to iPhone 14, now it's stuck on 'calculating' during synch process. Same for iPad 11. I connect to MBA, and storage shows 'calculating.' been this way for hours. I just updated all to latest builds---is this normal? Is calculating same as 'indexing?'

Either that or there's some dirt under it. I have to tap the "b" key pretty good to make it go.
