Hi! I would love everybody’s recommendations for the best gluten free food they've had around the US. I'm going to put together a route hitting the best spots, and I would really love yalls opinions.
What are some places you guys love and I can't miss? Thank you in advance!!!

I want to add some peppercorns and possibly some other spices/herbs to a pre-existing shelf stable pickle recipe. Can I do this, or would that cause issues with acidity and stuff? Thank-you!

I was diagnosed when I was 4ish so I’ve never had (among many other things):
Waffle cones
Good Chinese food
Good bread
Crab Rangoons (you may have seen my earlier posts)
Ice cream sandwiches
Dumplings/buns
Noodles like udon, ramen
And basically everything else that makes life worth living! /s
What should I try??? I’m so excited lol

I’m in the southeastern US, willing to drive several hours. Does anyone know of anywhere, near or far, where I could get a gf crab Rangoon? Thank you so much, please it is a need at this point

Any recommendations on cleansing or other practices to create my home in this new area? I should note that for the last year of my life I have had many, many awful things happen with no warning, to the point I honestly thought I might be cursed. Things keep happening, and I want my new home to be a safe space. If anyone has any suggestions, I would be so grateful. I am new to both paganism and spirituality as a whole so I apologize if anything I’ve said comes off as offensive or uneducated. I would love to learn more.

I try very hard to eat gluten free but especially being in college occasionally cross contamination or dubious labeling gets me. How often do y’all get glutened? Once a week? Month? Year? NEVER? lol.

I got a new psychiatrist who I now believe is extremely under qualified. She prescribed me like 10 medications at once and turns out that combination of meds is unbelievably bad for you. Great! When I started freaking out about all the symptoms I was getting she was adamant that it could not be the medications and kept suggesting environmental stuff. Okay fine. I get bloodwork done, it’s fine. She doubles down. Tells me to my face that I could have “ANYTHING FROM AN INFECTION TO A BRAIN TUMOR.” This woman is actively treating me for OCD and GAD. So I kinda chuckle and say oh yeah right haha (because I assume she’s joking) and she looks me dead in the eye and says “no. Seriously.” So I start tweaking and go to my PCP, who’s like umm. Okay. I think it’s probably the medication but she’s also a professional. So we start doing one million tests, all of which are coming back fine. She sends another email saying it could be NEORO LYME. Chat, I have not been hiking or in the wilderness in probably 1.5 years.
So I just get to continuously freak out about my potential brain tumor and/or neuro Lyme disease, I’m getting a billion tests done but my family and family friends who are doctors are saying this woman is insane. Still, my doctors are doing every test in the book to rule everything out, and they’re freaking out about another medical professional saying brain tumor. So maybe I have a brain tumor??? I only found out about the Lyme today so we’ll see about that I guess.
Keep in mind all of these symptoms exactly line up with all of these medications she’s prescribed. I’m trying to hard not to spiral but good lord it’s hard. This is like my worst nightmare.

I absolutely love these, and I realized that mine had lost all their juice, so I went to get more and I found out the company is gone… Are there any alternatives or any place where I could buy these secondhand I’m desperate 😭

So for some very broad context, a short while after I cut ties with a friend who was deeply into spells and other related things (sorry I don’t know much terminology) I have gone from healthy and pretty lucky (if I do say so myself) to my entire life being horrible. It’s genuinely insane the way things have flipped. Even little random stuff, like my apartment flooding, my pet lizard vanishing, my cat getting sick, etc, along with health issues I’ve never had, academic problems, immigration issues, and more.
I know this is all probably just random, but is there anything I could do just in case I really have been cursed? Thank you, I really appreciate it :)

I want to try all the different flavors of dr pepper (I was recently introduced to its glory)- is there a way to acquire like one of each (currently available) flavor? Also- I’ve officially converted my husband, too, mwahahaha

I know I can make one at home. Currently sick and don’t have any of the ingredients. Where can I buy a good ass baked potato? Any suggestions welcome lol

I have owned fish in the past but never maintained a saltwater tank. My ultimate dream (maybe in life?) is to own a yellow tang. I love them. I know it will take years of experience and work to get to the point of being able to properly care for them. Does anyone have any advice as to how to get started on this path? Thank you so much!!!
