When was the Hungaroring ever called "the Turnstile"?

HP with their association to Ferrari posted this on the LinkedIn. I can't ever think the Hungaroring being described that way. Monaco minus the boats sure, but this? Can someone please enlighten me?

Edit post response:

Interesting to know I wasn't the only one who'd never heard about that nickname and that it appears to be French in origin (le tourniquet or French for the turnstile) . Not sure why the LinkedIn post doesn't mention that though. Still thanks to those who replied and told me something thay would be a real deepcut F1 Pub Quiz question (well unless you're French!).
