Has anyone used the grey knight heavy weapon sprues to kitbash heavy bolters or other weapons. I have the old grey knights/1kSons hexfire box and I was looking at the purifiers sprue. I would have to shave of some symbols, but other than that it might work.

Im thinking about painting my my Armageddon box as Consecrators. I also have a long delayed DA project in my pile of shame and I think it would be great to go this route on the whole project. While I like to DA 40K lore, it’s the HH stuff that really drew me to them.
Does anyone have suggestions on using heresy kits for this. I’m especially thinking about the Saturine box.
My question is should I convert some of these to an AoS Seraphon army. I am a little fed up/ burned out on 40K and I am looking for something different. I do have a Warcry army ready to go, but I am wondering about all these old models.
If I want to build my classic Epic armies mostly as a hobby. Is there a specific rule set I should build for? At this point I do not know anyone that plays any version of epic. I would like my armies to be as widely playable as possible. I know I can use just about any basing size for any game. I have probably a full space marine chapter on ewtanhilar stands, other models on square stands. Basically a real mess.
I painted this guy a while ago for a project I’m not moving forward on. Is there an easy way to darken him down and make him look more like the Greenwing?
I know that they are not the best model, I just think they are cool looking.

I’m thinking about starting DA with the other half of my 11th edition Ork launch box. I’ve been thinking about DA for a bit and have the old combat patrol box, the DW command box, and a few other odds and ends including 2 Dawn of War boxes and some bikes for Ravenwing. Thematically, I definitely want more terminators. I also understand that Azrael is almost an auto include. What else should I add? BTW I shave a ton of spa marine stuff I’ve never built.
I’m reworking my 3mm Taurus APC and Auroch light tank. Both models about 15mm long and are sitting on a standard 25mm base.
I have legionnaires, termies, havocs, and all the basic foot guys. I really don’t have any vehicles or war machines. What should I think about adding to my list?
Mywife just bought a Solterra and we are having a the oem accessory mount,hitch mount, installed. Is it really only good for a max 100lbs. We want to use it to hold a bike rack and 2 standard mountain bikes, not e-bikes. While this should come in under 100lbs, it seems pretty close to the limit. Does anyone have experience with doing this?
Can I import the unity3d VTT files into blender or another program for use in my non-commercial 3D art? I’m good with hard surface modeling, but suck at realistic figure modeling. I would love to compose my models in HeroForge then export the colored and textured models to a different software.
