Got new helmet

After a lot of research and my following my post
I went with NHK K5R (₹5.8k)

Did i make a right choice?

Tried multiple helmets in-store -
Axor felt heavy, LS2 didn’t fit my head properly, MT Thunder 3 was good but the K5R felt the lightest and most comfortable out of all.

TT Revo and SMK Typhoon weren’t available.

Bought it from an authorised dealer in my city, so didn’t really worry much and just went with what fit best.

For people using K5R:

how’s it long term?

any issues with noise, visor, padding, etc?

anything I should be careful about?

Appreciate any other feedback 👍

Bought Astrox 88D Game for 6.5K

Just picked up the Yonex Astrox 88D Game (4U) for ₹6500 from an offline store + got a complimentary grip too.

I’m an intermediate player (~4 years), mostly attacking playstyle with lots of smashes/backcourt play. I play singles and doubles almost equally.

Checked online prices later and most places seemed higher, so wanted to ask:
- Was this a good deal for ₹6500?
- Did I make the right choice for my playstyle?
- How’s the 88D Game (4U) for doubles compared to singles?

Would love to hear opinions from people who’ve used it or currently using, thanks in advance🙌

Racket under 10k suggestion intermediate lvl

Hey guys,

Getting back into badminton after a long time
Got around 3-4 yr exp, just started again last week.

20M (5’11) and play mostly attacking – lots of smashes and rear-court play.

Rackets I’ve used before:

  • Yonex Nanoray 9000 (LD)
  • Muscle Power 800 (using currently)
  • Carbonex
  • Li-Ning G-Force 3400i
  • Decathlon Artengo 800

Right now using MP800 + Artengo 800 but not really getting that solid smash feel anymore, so looking to upgrade.

Budget:

₹5k–₹8k (can stretch to ₹10k if really worth it)

Need something that’ll last 3–4 years.

Also confused whether to buy online or go offline just worried about fakes.

Any suggestions?

Pain due to shoes size issue

Hey guys, need some help.

Recently got Li-Ning Halbertec Strike. Tried UK 8 and 8.5 in store — 8.5 felt a bit loose, 8 felt snug so I went with 8 (shop guy said tighter is better to avoid knee pain).

Now after just 3 days of playing, my big toe is turning blue and too painful, mainly at the front.

Also noticed:
On the big toe side there’s no space at all
Other side has enough space

So I’m thinking maybe my foot is a bit wide and I picked the wrong size/model. Saw online too that this shoe isn’t great for wide feet.

I’m just using normal socks.

Has anyone faced this with Li-Ning shoes?

Is this clearly a fit/size issue or could socks be the problem?

Should I try fixes (thick socks/lacing) or just change the shoe?

Got back into badminton after like 8 years, so didn’t think much about shoe fit.

Would really appreciate any advice 🙏

Hey guys, I’m a 20 year old CSE student and this is my current room setup. Honestly it feels too plain and kinda lifeless right now 😭

I wanna make it look more aesthetic, cozy, modern, warm and a little chatpata 😋with some personality instead of just looking basic.

I genuinely have 0 idea about room decor/interiors so I’m confused where to even start🫠. Open to literally any suggestions for lighting, curtains, desk setup, wall decor, colors, plants, layout changes or anything else you think would improve the vibe.

Budget isn’t really an issue, I just wanna make the room reach its best potential over time. Would love your opinions and ideas 🙏

Hey guys

I’m trying to get back into badminton after a long break (~7 years), probably around intermediate level right now.

Looking for someone to play regularly at S3 Sports Arena -a few times a week ideally. Just want to get consistent again, have good rallies and improve over time.

Would be great if you already know the basics and are also looking to get better , not really looking for complete beginners.

Mostly just want someone chill and consistent to play with.

If that sounds like you, DM me and we can plan something 🤝

I just finished jailbreaking my iPhone SE (1st generation) using the palen1x method, and I used Hello activation (without SN) for iOS 13–18. Activation is done and everything seems to be working fine so far.

Before I start using it normally or installing tweaks, I wanted to clarify a few things to avoid any issues later:

  1. Is it safe to log in with my primary Apple ID, or is it better to use a separate/secondary account? I use my main Apple ID on another device too, so I don’t want to risk it getting locked or flagged.
  2. Can I use SIM services normally after this, or are there any known limitations with network, calls, or data?
  3. Are there any important precautions, do’s/don’ts, or common mistakes I should be aware of after doing this setup?

I’d really appreciate any advice, guides or posts you can share so I can understand things properly before moving ahead. I don’t want to mess anything up by doing things blindly.

Thanks in advance 🙏
