What glue to use to attach 3d resin to plastic and is that the first step before sanding and priming etc?

Hi, does my boss have the right to fire a casual newer-gen FoH staff member who needed a calculator for 10-3= and is picky about daily tasks given! Often seen on her phone during shift and keeps calling herself fae/faer and the worst part is that she doesn't think helping other staff members is her job!!! We tried being as respectful as we could but our boss is extremely nice and kind so I just want to make sure before discussing this with the boss but staff members are fed up working with her oh and always late to work! Sorry English is my 3rd language!
