I'm too scared to go to the toilet, it's happening for the first time I don't know what to do

I've been dealing with hemorrhoids for a year now and I've never been scared like this before, I'd usually just go and bear with the pain but I can't nowadays. Haven't been pooping for like 9 days now, tried to poop two times but I ended up getting small pieces out and too scared to push the rest. I genuinely don't know what to do. Managed to soften my stool but it's large so it'll hurt a lot. It's not stuck either, I'm just too scared and my anus won't let it pass the ring. Any advices please?

edit: Thank you everyone for your advices! I inserted a enema, and I was still scared to go even tho my bm was going wild, but I finally managed to prepare myself psychologically. I managed to get the half of it out, hurt bad but I'm fine now. But I'm still confused by the fact why I developed this fear suddenly, cuz I've been dealing with this same pain many times before and I've never been THIS scared. I feel better now tho.

How can I stop scaring?

I'm scared and it causes my anus to spazm and close tight. Haven't gone to toilet for a week now, my stool are soft rn but it's large, and since I'm too scared and stressed so my body just won't let it slide, and I end up with pain.

I've been constipated for a week and I've finally managed to soften my poop but it's not coming out :( I just got out of bathroom, I've managed to poop a little but nothing more since the fissure didn't let my anus stretch. Any suggests?
