I don't understand how 4500 people will have parking within reasonable walking distance of this new venue. On google maps it looks like the biggest lot in the area is owned by Vandy so it might not be cool to park there without a permit.

George Carlin might have been the GOAT of standup and he was in a movie called "Car Wash" that was 110% idiotic. Bill Burr did a movie with Pete Davidson about Staten Island that was sort of tolerable until it jumped the shark like halfway into it. Now this overrated comic Nate Bargatze came out with an unoriginal hack movie that has 19% positive on RT. It was expected to generate 19 million at the box office opening weekend and got 7.4 mil. Maybe since it was an informercial for Toyota and Walmart with some pratfalls thrown in it won't lose too much money,
