I want to buy a T Note on Tuesday 5/26. I have margin enabled but Schwab does not consider SGOV a marginable security so I can't just buy the T Note on Tuesday and then sell SGOV later in the day, right? So since Monday is a holiday and is not considered an\ settlement date (is that right?) the funds will settle on Tuesday the 26th. I need to know if those funds will be available for me to trade around 6:00am on Tuesday before the market opens. The auction closes at 6:30am. TIA.

No other posts so is it just me and my account that can't log in today? Landing page loads and no announcements about difficulties. Phone does not work either so most likely it is me but wanted to confirm if anyone else is having trouble. TIA.
