Not sure what to do

This is so embarrassing. I'm male. One day 4 and a half years ago I was really horny and I ended up fingering myself in doggy position. It hurt while I was doing it. I don't know why I didn't stop but I didn't. When I was done the pain was still there. I have pain in my left inner thigh and groin crease. The pain fluctuates. Sometimes it will be a 10 and it feels like someone is pinching the nerve and other times it will be die down to where there is almost no pain and it just feels really tight. Sometimes certain positions will be painful and other times the same position will give me relief. Sometimes when I am laying in bed and my legs are fully stretched out it will feel like it is being pulled or stretched. I did go to a urologist. He told me that he didn't think that I caused permanent damage. He said that I probably just irritated the nerve. He sent me to physical therapy. I was only able to go a few times because I have long covid and my long covid has gotten worse to the point that now I am in bed 99% of the time. I am so scared that I caused permanent damage and that I will just have to be in chronic pain the rest of my life. What are your thoughts? What do you think?

Male. 38. Lonely.

I have ME/CFS from covid. I have had long covid for over 4 years and counting. At this point I'm pretty much in bed 99% of the time. I am so lonely. Would anyone want to voice chat on Snapchat or discord?

One thing that really scares me is that numbness sensation I use to feel on and off in my left arm I now feel it over my whole body including my jaw and anytime I try to walk my nerves system feels like it is glitching and isn't going to respond.

When I bought my 2020 27" iMac and I bought a USB-C hub I was stupid and didn't realize that it only outputs at 30 Hz. Lol. I do stream movies from my computer to my TV. My TV is capable of 120 Hz. I'm trying to figure out what USB-C hub I should buy. I want it to at least be able to do 60 Hz. Does anyone have any good USB-C hub recommendations?
