OK fam, do we like the rust (top) or brown (bottom) better?

High heat cook. 600F at the surface for 2.5 mins each side then indirect for 4 mins. Pulled at 118F and came to temp at about 128F. About 7min rest.

Just salt for seasoning, because I had to split it with 6 and 8 yr olds who cant handle black pepper.. Yet.

It's a push pull crown and not a screw down crown, Seiko has this wrong on their website.

I sized the bracelet and the collar drops out of the link, you have to insert the collar side ways then put the link and pin sideways to prevent the collar from falling out. Took me a few mins to figure this out.

Other than those two issues a fantastic watch. Most recently picked up the SPB503 Tealpine Alpinist. I have SSC947 Pogue (on sale for 25% off at Macy's BTW) being delivered tomorrow.
