I usually wakeup multiple times in the morning, which is how I've always been, i just change my position and go back to sleep, except now i always get sleep paralysis EVERY SINGLE TIME.

It has become so common, yesterday i woke up like 6 times and everytime i got sleep paralysis, it got to a point that i was experimenting to see what i can do while in paralysis.

I found out that i have about %5 muscle power in my fingers, i can fully control my breath and move my tongue, but not enough control to actually engage my vocal cords and make a sound, i can only breathe heavily. Trying to move around doesn't help much with the recovery time, which I've figured of about 10 to 15 seconds to recover

What the fuck is going on? I've tried sleeping on both sides, on my back, on stomach, it doesn't fucking matter, please someone tell me what's going on😭🙏i want this shit to stop, it's not fun to wakeup and not being able to FUCKING MOVEEE

Hello, so i have a business idea that i came up with, i have validated it and there's quite a lot of demand for it.

Now i had to get 2 other co-founders because i can't do this by my own.

One of them is marketing and door-to-door, the other one is managing social media and office.

I don't pay them salaries, one of them invests half of the initial cost and i pay the other half, the other won't invest money cuz he broke, but he does marketing which is the most important part.

Whats the best way to share the revenue? I wanted a point-based system for example $1 invested = 3 points, then depending on market salary i pay them point, each labor day salary dollar equals 1 point.

For example if the salary for the salesman is 900$, that's 3$ per day, i give them 3 point for each day + 25 points bonus for each customer onboarded.

The points accumulate, so if the salesman does a great job, he could accumulate more points than me. If i stop working, my points gradually go down and my revenue share will go down as well. So you have to keep contributing to keep your market share, or do a greater job to get more share.

The problem with this, you don't get paid for the small stuff, let's say something broke, you fix it, how many point for that without being biased? Or if the salesman sees a big opportunity that will have indirect impact on the busienss, they might not do it, because why would they? They don't know how many points is it, and i might not give them enough points because i want to keep my revenue share.

Is there any better idea than this? I don't like fixed share because what if the manager stops working, what if the salesman become lazy? I'm looking for a contribution-based system that could be biased as much as possible, or my system is good and I'm just over thinking it?

Every game have this problem, I'm the only one making a move, everyone are just waiting for me, the mission guy doesn't move until i arrive even if it take me 5 months, this guy will be okay until i get to him because he's critical to my mission..

When I played kenshi the first time, i died and the world just kept moving, i played again and saw a massive battle between UC and the holy nation with hundreds of soldiers on the ground, i felt like a kid who just got his toy after wanting it for years. I slapped 200 hours into kenshi then i realized, the same problem...

Mongrel is okay unless i kill some important holy nation leaders, holy nation won't make a move unless i damage the UC, it's the same problem again, everyone waiting for me, it's not like i visit Mongrel and half the population is gone because of a big atack, it's not like they'll expand their territory because holy nation performed a big invasion on the fogmen so they had some breathing moment, it's not like i see beep in a diffrrent bar because he finally decided to take his chances and get out.

It's all the same, everyone just waiting on me, this place will remain unlooted unless i loot it, this guy won't die unless i kill him.. I don't enjoy games anymore, i just wish one day, especially now we have AI, i see a truly dynamic and a reactive world, where you're nothing but another guy with some big ambitions, see another NPC trying to break into a vault and you have to fight for it, you see a decimated city because of a random drought.. i hope i see that before i die

So i have a 16gb ram, I'm contemplating on either buying a 32gb ram 3600mhz, or just upgrade the whole thing (cpu and mobo) while at it.

I don't have a cpu problem, but maybe for future proofing... But my biggest problem is ram, i need MORE RAM, is there a noticeable difference be tween ddr4 and ddr5 for non-gaming tasks? Appreciate some responses

Has anyone driven both? How is it for comfortability, AC power, maintenance cost, drivability and engagement? I appreciate some response, I've never driven a bmw before but i love the features and look, and the fact it's RWD (i can drift!)

I'm so happy about it, i know the owner and she's a really good and productive goi. She has registered every Kurdish city name and kurdish prefix, she owns r/kurdymuslim and shes an Islamophobe lmao, try to connect those two dots

Now it's all one American and a kurd posting with 4-5 different accounts trying to keep it alive. %90 of the kurdish users are off this platform.
