I have this nissan Terrano 1 here, and i want to know if it was a high or low trim version? (I don't know if there were different trim versions)

I wanted a cordless ratchet for a long time and i saw it today at Lidl.
I put on a new wiring for my bike (the bike was completely in peices), and im probably missing something obvious, but i don't know what..
I started building this 125cc bike, because i had nothing to do. It originally was a 50cc, but the original engine broke, and i had a 125cc engine lying around, so i decided to put it to work
I'm building a 125cc bike on this frame, and i don't know what even is it, a bike, or a moped?
I got this thing for 20€ and I've been "playing" with it
