Felt good, I went and walked around in the woods for a few hours. Now I'm laying in bed in my pjs trying to muster the energy to clean my apartment lol

Instant pot tacos recipe:

-5lb chicken thighs with bone and skin.

-3 cups chicken stock.

-6 cloves garlic crushed.

-3 tbsp ginger paste.

-5 large birdseye chilis roughly chopped.

-1 tbsp nam prik pao.

-4 tbsp fish sauce.

-2 tsp soy sauce.

-2 sticks lemon grass, cut into 4in sections and crushed

-1 cinnamon stick.

-2 tbsp tomato paste

-¼ tsp ground cardamom

Sear chicken thighs 2 min on each side and remove from pot.

Add garlic, ginger, and tomato past and stir until fragrant.

Add the rest of the ingredients except chicken and simmer. Use wooden spoon to remove any bits from the bottom of the pot.

Add chicken and pressure cook on high for 15 min.

Leave in pot for another 20 min and then depressurize.

Remove chicken and place in bowl. Let sit for 40 min.

Remove bones and shred chicken. It should be tender enough that you can do this with your hands. Wear gloves if you have them.

Add

-2 tbsp broth.

-½ cup Japanese bbq sauce.

-½ cup your favorite bbq sauce.

-1 tbsp nam prik pao.

Mix thoroughly.

Coleslaw:

-1 medium sized red cabbage, shredded with potato peeler.

-1 large bunch green onions, chopped.

-½ cup birdseye chilis, finely chopped.

-½ large red onion, quartered and chopped.

-1 tbsp sesame oil.

-4 tbsp rice vinegar.

-½ cup kewpie mayo.

-1 tbsp fish sauce.

-1 large lime, juiced and zested.

-1 carrot shredded.

-1 bunch cilantro, finely chopped (optional).

Best if you let it sit in the fridge overnight to give the vinegar time to act.

When I was maybe 11 my best friend's dad got fired for wearing light eyeliner to work. Soon afterwards she came out and started her transition. After this happened my mom told me that I wasn't allowed to go over to my friend's house because she didn't feel like it was safe. I think she also called my friend's mom a pervert.

I just remember standing there feeling deeply sad and not understanding why. When I figured out I was trans in concrete terms 2 years later I remembered that conversation and knew I couldn't tell anyone, especially my parents. I ended up repping for over a decade and it lowk ruined my life.
