For context the bank account (Lloyds) i am using with Cardmarket is undergoing a bank switch, as it is not my main bank account. So I filed for a bank change ticket.

While waiting for response I deposited £200 to my CM account using a new bank account (HSBC) because I have unpaid orders. I deposited it on the 7th July, it did not get credited to my account, and iirc i only have a few days to pay the orders, so I ended up checking if I can still use my Lloyds bank to deposit money so I did try it and it went through, I ended up depositing in twice.

Today I have received a response for the email I sent (not the ticket as they never responded to it, i had to email them separately) that my bank details have been updated, which it did, but my £200 has still not been credited. They did not respond after that.

I do not know what to do next, should I keep waiting for a response? It’s Saturday now and i dont think they work weekends. I can try to have the transaction reversed so I can get my money back instead. I did not think depositing from a different bank account would be a problem, I thought it was for withdrawals only. Im just scared if i wait a while before reporting to my bank they might not be able to reverse the transaction and my money will be lost.

Any help/insight would be appreciated.
