I was the guy with the white crust the other day. Just wanna say thank you to the community for the suggestions.

I had a problem with a really white crust the other day and a lot of you had suggestions. The tips I took were to add olive oil to my dough, and crank my oven. I baked this tomato pie (we call it red pizza) at 500. It turned out perfect. Thanks guys 😊

Guys what am I doing wrong? Crust too white. 24hr cold ferment.

3 cups (360g) AlI-Purpose Flour

1 1/2 teaspoons (9g) table salt

1 teaspoon (5g) granulated sugar

1 teaspoon (3g) instant yeast

1 1/4 cups (284g) water, warm (90°F to 110°F)*

Oven was 425 degrees.

If I would have left it longer, my golden cheese would have burned.
