Has anyone ever won free tickets to/from Hawaii after submitting feedback?
Not sure if the feedback submission sweepstakes are real.

Each time, the FA giving it to me told me that her tablet asked her to thank me for continuing to fly AS despite disruptions to my travel. SkyWest each time.
Dude sent the second message within seconds of the first one here, in order to ghost me. I bet he copy-pastes that one.
Bought a paid upgrade from SEA to SFO but received a "You've been upgraded" email at the same time. The listed class in the app is U. The transaction also went through.
Paid upgrades aren't U class, right?
No updates after this one
I believe it was sea salt caramel flavored chocolate manufactured by Seattle Chocolate Company. Kept it in my jeans & it melted, and now I'd rather trash my jeans rather than deal with the mess. Didn't taste it, but appreciate the gesture!
How was it, folks?
The restrooms near Alaska's gates at LAX Terminal 6 may run out of soap, but it's still better than FRA, where they also run out of handwash across restrooms of a whole terminal & where the security staff don't actually check if folks in business/first class security lane have first/business tickets, so those lines can be as large as Economy security check lines. Ground staff has poor work ethics, leading to compounding delays.
If some airport is the FRA of US, it ain't LAX.
Bring Your Own Soap & don't blame janitors making minimum wage at LAX to slack off.
AA wasn't displaying this codeshare flight y'day, so I had to buy it directly with Alaska. Today, it's showing up.
I won't get as many miles now as I bought it directly with AS. :/
Taken today at 4:44 PM. I could see her clearly but I took out my phone too late & the default zoom was 0.6. On the way to the airport in an Uber, but some folks had parked around here to take pics. I had never seen a Moose this close to the town of Jackson (although I've seen a few a few miles ahead). This is right after (while leaving Jackson) the National Elk Refuge & Greater Yellowstone Visitor Center.
No pre-departure beverage service on AS 3468 today. I boarded early, so I'm sure. I always request juice, anyway.
Cancelled a First Classic ticket partially booked with eCredit within an hour of booking but the whole fare became an ecredit. The flight date was July 1.
Any idea why this happened? Some of the amount should go back onto a credit card & only the eCredit used earlier should become eCredit again.
I had cancelled because the fare went down to 610. I rebooked but couldn't use the eCredit I should have received after cancelling the more expensive ticket that was partially booked with that eCredit (i.e. I paid the new fare with a credit card).
Thanks in advance!
Was wondering if the Iceberg Lake Trail currently has snow.
Barely visible in this pic, but the Harvest Grain Bowl option was quite good. I felt awkward taking a pic, so I didn't retry.
On my return flight 3 days later, I didn't like it, though.
Hi,
I'm looking for someone to pick up 2 baby bunnies for me from a reputable bunny breeder in Rosedale, BC, Canada & bring them across the Canada-US border on the afternoon of July 4 or 5. I was too late in applying for a Canadian visa (I'm not a US citizen yet & thus can't go myself until I get a Canadian visa, which I wouldn't be able to get before July 4. The bunnies would already have attained puberty if I'd wait for the visa, and they wouldn't be able to travel together on Alaska Airlines).
I'm willing to offer CAD 500 for the gig.
Please DM me if you'd be available, and are willing to get the bunnies for me.
Thanks!

I'd arrive at BLI airport in the early afternoon of July 4 & will give you a pet carrier & explain how to safely secure it with a seat belt (it can also be kept on the floor of your car, between front & rear seats).
From Lynden border crossing to the rabbitry, one would have to drive for a little less than 1 hour in each direction.
I'm willing to offer USD 400 in cash for the gig.
Please DM me if you'd be available, and are willing to get the bunnies for me.
Thanks!
Was upgraded at T-120 hours on the direct SFO -> JAC flight, which is on a national holiday. Based on how many J seats AS is selling, I'm the only one who was upgraded. Pleasantly surprised because the SF Bay Area has lots of AS elites, so it looks like upgrades are easier on vacation routes! Anyway, saved $181!
Also, this is the second time I was upgraded at T-120 hours despite only 5/12 J seats being available (now 4 are available).
How to find houses that have wooden/vinyl flooring even on 1F instead of carpeted flooring? Is it because of cost, or comfort that most houses don't seem to have wooden flooring on 1F & 2F?
Thanks!
Buy a Main Cabin ticket, then upgrade to J/F. If you'd be downgraded, you can get a full refund for the upgrade fee. Otherwise, if you buy J/F directly, they will give you a small refund (difference of the fare you paid and the main cabin fare on the day of the flight?).
If traveling in J/F is important for you, you can also request to be put on another flight with availability in J/F instead of flying in main-cabin.
Downside: If you'd cancel the itinerary, you'd lose the upgrade fee
Bought an upgrade from DCA to DFW. I received a complimentary upgrade from DFW to SFO.
DCA to DFW flight got cancelled. AA rebooked me in J with a different layover than my original itinerary.
I didn't get miles for the upgrade.
Am I supposed to get a refund for the upgrade, or just miles? I'm okay with just miles because I did travel in a higher class than what I paid for (for the whole itinerary).
The 3rd segment is a flight on an airline of another country, but I don't know if I'd take it (depending upon lounge access).
The cost of 2 & 3 segments is currently same but I don't want to give an excuse to AA Revenue Management to take away my millions of unused miles by later calling it hidden-city ticketing.
