okay i’m genuinely annoyed that i have yet to receive my package. the semester starts in four days and i receive full aid. i never received my summer refund because they never did my fall package so i called yesterday to ask about it and the lady was SOOOO RUDE and told me to email epay.

okay boom epay emailed and WHY did they just email me back and the guy said my refund is going towards paying for fall because they never packaged my fall, so on their end i don’t receive anything which is SO FRUSTRATING because i get scholarships AND aid.

i know from being in this sub that a lot of people are having issues as well and that they are super busy but like.. the clock is ticking here guys we got 4 days left and its CRICKETS.

okay so i took my blood pressure because i 1) have health ocd and 2) i’m also chronically ill and try to stay as on top of things as i can. i’m 3 days away from my period and i notice i wake up covered in sweat and heart racing every month and getting barely any sleep, so i took my bp and it was 117/101 first reading.

i was talking during it, which i know you shouldn’t, so i retook it and it was 114/77. why would talking up my bottom number? last week during an anxiety attack i took it and it was 133/113 which FREAKED me out but i took it again 5 minutes later after calming down and it was under 120/80.

should i bring this up to my dr or does this mean i have high bp? or is this just purely situational haha.

hi guys!! i haven’t been feeling my best and haven’t been very active but wanted to check in and see how everyone’s doing!!

i haven’t been diagnosed with high bp, actually last time i went to the dr they said it was absolutely perfect. i have hashimotos, pcos, really bad anemia and horrible panic disorder and today has been a particularly bad day. i have been so lightheaded i couldn’t get outta bed and i have barely got any sleep. i started to feel pretty dizzy so i took my bp and it was 133/113, i have literally never seen it that high before in my entire life. i took it again and it went down to 119/77. is this a trip to the hospital or just some really bad anxiety going on? i used google (i know) and it said im at a very high risk for stroke so im lowkey freaking out.

I know that having PMDD is not linear, but oh my god. I feel so completely defeated for the past two months before my period, my PMDD only kicked in a day or two before I got it. I’m on birth control (the pill), and I’m about to start the week before my sugar pills ( i start tomorrow) and I already feel it starting.

and so annoying because in the beginning, my brain doesn’t register that everything I’m feeling is because of my PMDD, it genuinely feels like there’s something wrong with me. And I hate that one month I can be almost completely fine, and then the next month for almost 2 weeks I’m literally the biggest hottest mess.

Right now, I feel it brewing and making me extremely dizzy and I feel that “I hate the world in the world hates me” starting to kick in. What do you guys do when it starts to kick in?

okay so rant

i (24f ghsv2) have become quite annoyed with this sub. we lowkey lost the plot. i genuinely feel like it’s become a cesspool of people who THINK they have it because they get one itch and come in here saying their life is over. people who don’t even have the virus saying they wanna end their lives. this is supposed to be a supportive community for people who have the virus to give advice and comfort, to help people with partners that have it, and to spread education. not to reassure you that you don’t have something. GO GET TESTED i’m not a doctor, so how am i supposed to help you???

it genuinely feels like such a slap in the face to people who ACTUALLY have it. imagine coming into a group of people who have had the virus for YEARS and or people who just were recently diagnosed and saying you feel gross, disgusting, and wanna end your life because of something you THINK you have. like damn okay just tell us how you really feel about us. like we have leprosy or something.

as someone with ocd i understand how hard health anxiety can be, but PLEASE go get therapy and don’t come into a space for a community of people affected by something and say stupid shit because your dick itches.

also lets plz stop with the whole “my life is completely over and ruined” shit
