Can someone redraw this dap meme as Kris and Susie (or anyone you want tbh)
Chapter 5 made me realize...
Have we considered that perhaps the _only_ reason Ralsei identifies as a boy is because the prophecy _explicitly_ identifies a _Prince_ from the Dark, and that _every other aspect_ of Ralsei's identity that he could change without interfering with the prophecy is feminine for a reason?
I think a lot of the dialogue in Chapter 5 referring to Ralsei's ability to be a "Princess" rather than a "Prince" is explicitly nodding to this. Like, that one word is genuinely his only holdup. He thinks he has to be the Prince for the prophecy to work, even if he'd better identify with Princess.

Why can't you win the cup game authentically?
I'm really good at cup games and the animation they use for the cup swapping is really slow, so I was pleased that I was able to pick it out in the middle cup on my first try. Of course, that failed, and he revealed it was in the left one.
I figured that this was based on real cup scams, where the player uses sleight-of-hand to pocket the object until you choose a cup, where they then deposit it into a different one after you answer. And I realized, oh! That's what my x-ray watch is for! And I got ready for Bond to catch this guy out on his scam in dramatic fashion.
But no, it's in the middle cup. It never moves. This guy makes no attempt to protect his $30,000 gemstone with tricks or scams. It's literally just in the cup the whole time, and the game forces you to use the x-ray or it won't give it to you.
That feels... unrewarding? If I guessed correctly, wouldn't that be indicative of Bond's skill? It seems like a weird choice.
How egregious is it of me to run my server off an HDD?
I'm not in a particularly lenient financial situation in terms of buying proper hardware, and I recently came into a 20TB HDD from some generous folks.
I know the proper use-case for this kind of thing is to write and read from it on an as-needed basis and store it unplugged for most hours, but I've taken to loading some of my media onto it for Jellyfin. I've been using it and everything has been perfect in terms of streaming speed and quality, but I do worry about longevity.
How long should I expect to be able to do this before running into problems? I'm only ever streaming from one device, this is a personal server for loading stuff onto my TVs and I don't share it with anyone. I mostly watch movies and shows in short stints, but sometimes I'll leave Top Gear running for long lengths of time for background noise. Is the demand of streaming bad news for my drive, or is it not as bad as I think it is?
Best way to ward off beavers for 1-2 days, so my culvert can drain?
I have a medium-sized pond on my uncle's property that is spring-fed. On one of the edges of the shore, there is a small culvert (about a foot wide) that drains excess water at the top, with a removable steel gate.
Every night, some beavers that live on the pond collect sticks and leaves and dam up the culvert. This was left unchecked for about a year, and now the pond has risen about a foot and flooded an area along the edge with a small cabin, stone firepit, and other human amenities. There's no nest at the actual culvert, just a blockage that prevents flow. Removing it seems futile, as it gets dammed back up every night when the beavers come back to stop it.
I certainly appreciate what the beavers are doing for the ecosystem, and I don't want to get rid of them at all, but I was wondering if there was a way I could keep them away from the culvert for 1-2 days such that the pond can properly drain back to its normal level?
Once the pond drains by a foot and the grate is no longer underwater, it will be trivial to maintain again and I won't need to worry about it constantly anymore. But as it stands, the culvert simply doesn't have enough time to drain back to normal before those beavers block it again.
How did the Wrenwood incident not turn into an outbreak?
It was clear that the zombies were spreading the T-virus with bites, and that Gideon only shooting a few people caused dozens upon dozens of infections.
There wasn't exactly a rapid response to the outbreak considering Leon was the only person on the scene, and hundreds of people spread out from the epicenter of the incident, many of whom were likely new carriers of the virus or already complete zombies.
This entire event is seemingly handwaved away by the story. Did the DSO just perform immaculate clean-up? Did the city have contingencies in place? Was the BSAA called in? I don't recall any further elaboration here, but this seems like it very well could have been Racoon City 2.0.
PCSX2 - Pressure Modifier keybind won't fire?
I've been trying to get a pressure modifier button set up. It's currently bound to Shift at 30%, and I set up my right trigger to hold the key down (with a small fire stop delay so it stays held) when soft-pressed. However, nothing happens in-game even though PCSX2 seems to be reading the modifier key properly.
I also tried binding Shift to a separate button that I held while pulling the trigger, but the modifier was still ignored, so it's not a SteamInput issue.
Has anyone gotten this to work on the Steam Deck?
