Gay Slice & Bake Cookies

I divided my cookie dough into 7 portions, dyed it the colors of the gay mlm flag, and formed it into a log. I refrigerated the log for about an hour and then sliced into individual cookies. I used a turtle cutter to remove a portion of dough and then replaced it with a new piece of dough. Finally, I baked the cookies!

Lesbian Cinnamon Strawberry Chocotacos

I piped the colors of the lesbian flag onto my pizzelle iron. After the cookies came off the iron I folded them over and placed a crumpled up piece of foil in the middle to keep it held open. The taco shells were then placed into the oven at 220F for 30min. Once the shells were ready, I removed the foil, filled with strawberry flavored ice cream, topped with chocolate and sprinkles, and placed in the freezer to set!

Gay Shokupan

Start by dividing your dough in half. Place one half in an oiled bowl to proof, and further divide the other half into seven pieces. Dye each piece a different color from the gay pride flag, then add to the bowl to proof (separating each color with plastic wrap).

When the first proof is complete, divide and roll out the uncolored dough according to your shokupan recipe. Divide and roll out each colored piece as well.

Make two stacks both with the colored dough in order on top of the uncolored dough. Then roll each stack into a spiraled log.

Add to your loaf pan with the spirals facing the short end of the pan.

Asexual Cookies & Cream Marshmallow

I used my layering technique to get the design of the asexual flag.

For the flavoring I added Amoretti Cookies & Cream water soluble flavoring. I was not thrilled with the result and would like to figure out a way to still get that cookies and cream flavoring without changing the color of the marshmallow too much —so that I can still layer with any colors. For the asexual flag specifically, I may try adding black cocoa to the black and grey layers and see if that elevates the flavor enough!

Asexual Milk Bread Rolls

Recipe: https://www.kingarthurbaking.com/recipes/japanese-milk-bread-rolls-recipe

Technique:
Make the milk bread dough using the recipe.

Before your first proof, weigh your dough, and place 2/3 of the dough in the greased bowl to rise. With the remaining dough, divide into four equal portions and dye each a different color using gel food dyes (black, grey, white, and purple). Add the colored dough to your greased bowl with a cling wrap divider between each color of dough. Proof the dough according to the recipe.

When finished with the first proof, divide the undyed dough into 8 equal portions and the colored dough into 8 equal portions.

Make 8 individual stacks of colored dough (from bottom to top; purple, white, grey and finally black). Cover with a flattened piece of undyed dough. Flip and seal the bottom. Place rolls in pan and proof according to recipe. Egg wash and bake.

Tip!: For extra shiny crust mix some luster dust in with your egg wash!

Bisexual Checkerboard Cookies

I layered all my dough in a single block of dough (blue, purple, pink, undyed dough, blue, purple pink, undyed dough). The dough block was then chilled in fridge, before cutting the log into 4 sections. Every other section was then flipped over and then recombined into a log, and put back in the fridge to chill. The cookies were then sliced and topped with pieces of dough shapes like butterflies. They were then baked and topped with edible glitter!

Transgender Challah

For this challah I stacked blue, pink, and white dough and then cut it into three strands. These strands were braided together into a French braid and then spiraled into boule shape. The boule was then wrapped in blue, pink, and white French braids.
