Redington might be resting his case tomorrow after Spinelli?
What do you guys think? Do you believe Redd is this confident to win? 😮

From what we were able to hear yesterday, Dr. Ziezsel was the very first person to have access to Lindsay after what happened. He mentioned lending her his phone out of human compassion so she could call her husband, which she did, she even expressed how much she “loved him” and checked up on him.
Now tell me why this woman then went on to request a lawyer to change her healthcare proxy, specifically wanting to remove her husband and replace him with her parents. What did he say to her during that call that made her suddenly change her mind?
For the record, he never attempted to check on her during the entire time she was recovering, nor did he ever try to ask her for any further details about what had happened after that call. The man seemed completely content with the brief phone conversation and the explanation she gave him over the phone.
It just doesn’t make any sense.
Can anyone explain to me how Lindsay crushed her thyroid? This seems like such a specific organ to damage, especially since it is located in the front of the lower neck, just below the voice box and wrapped around the windpipe.
How did she not sustain a more severe neck, jaw, or chin injury if she crushed her thyroid in the fall? That seems like physically crushing your lungs without injuring your ribs. The entire fall is a mystery, not to mention that she didn't sustain arm fractures. Furthermore, the prosecution's hanging theory raises questions:
How could someone with slashed wrists support their full body weight from a window frame?
During his 911 call—which, as far as I understand, has not been publicly released in full, although the transcript has been made public—Patrick stated that once he entered the basement, he went to the right. According to the transcript, he then discovered the children in this order:
Dawson, while screaming, “Dawson, my buddy”
Cora, while screaming, “Baby”
Callan
This is the transcript of Patrick’s 911 call as it was read by the prosecution during the 2023 post-incident proceedings:
https://youtu.be/OOADDODrf4c?t=335&si=DFlT6h2JW-y-34to
However, during his testimony in 2026, Patrick gave a completely different account of the sequence. According to his testimony, he “immediately went left,” where he first found :
1)-Cora, then 2) Callan, and finally 3)- Dawson.
Here is his testimony from this trial, when he mentioned the order:
https://youtu.be/UZeHWqinKUA?t=9069&si=6n3Ue8m0RIRzB2iU
How do you not remember the order in which you found your own deceased kids??? Before anyone tries to minimize the importance of this discrepancy, I think it deserves serious consideration. The precise sequence in which Patrick entered the basement and located each of his children is not an insignificant detail. It concerns the central moments of the entire incident and potentially relates to the timeline of what happened.
Given how important the timeline is to this case, I think it is reasonable to ask why these two accounts differ and whether there is an explanation for such a significant change.
I've been re-listening to the nanny's testimony, and at some point, she mentioned taking the kids to an event because Lindsay wasn't able to. She even added that she took Lindsay's car rather than her own. Considering the fact that the nanny started working for her around December, and the online search regarding how to disable a Kia's airbag was conducted around August, do you think Lindsay experienced a distressing situation or perhaps an accident staged on the road by whoever made that search (possibly Patrick)? She might have blamed it on herself or on the heavy medication at the time and stopped driving altogether.
Has it ever been mentioned why she stopped driving altogether?
I simply cannot get over her motives if she did, in fact, “do it,” beyond the psychosis explanation that the defense is trying to establish. There is literally no apparent motive for her to have done so.
And I want to strip away all emotion from this and make it clear that I’m not saying this out of sympathy or based on feelings. I’m looking at what is actually there. If she had ever expressed a desire for more “freedom” from her children to travel the world, go shopping, pursue a different life, or simply escape the responsibilities of motherhood I would absolutely consider that selfish in itself, and I would have considered it a potential motive.
But that’s not what I’m seeing.
No financial gain. No fiancé. No secret affair. Nothing, nada, on her phone.
What I took away from reading her notes during Thursday’s trial was the picture of a depressed and deeply stressed mother, but not a selfish one. Her thoughts seemed remarkably ordinary: wanting to sleep eight hours a night, wanting to love her children equally, and wanting to enjoy her little life with her family. In fact, she had consistently expressed a desire for a larger family and never seemed to indicate that she wanted anything beyond that life.
And that is precisely what I cannot reconcile. If she did, in fact, do it, where is the motive? Strip away the emotions, the sympathy, and the speculation : what, exactly, did she stand to gain?
who are your favorite content creators who genuinely embody the single-by-choice lifestyle?
Sometimes I find a creator whose content I LOVE, only to discover she’s dating some absolute loser of a man and I’m immediately disappointed 😂 Like girl, I was looking to you for inspiration!
I’m looking for creators who are genuinely happy being single, talk about building a fulfilling life without centering men/relationships, and actually make you excited about being single by choice.
Please drop your recommendations because I need new people to follow!
I’m a complete beginner and trying to recover important data from a 128GB Kodak microSD card that suddenly became unreadable and shows 0 bytes. I’ve tried different phones/readers and recovery software, but the card isn’t reporting its capacity. I don’t have anyone in my area who does this kind of NAND/flash recovery, so I’m considering learning the process myself and potentially buying a PC-3000 Flash + Spider Board.
I know this is professional-level equipment and that there’s a real risk of making things worse, but I’m wondering if anyone here has **actually done a successful SD/microSD recovery at home as a non-professional** using this setup. Was it successful? How difficult was it to learn, and were you able to recover the data? I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who has genuinely tried this themselves.

A few weeks ago, my phone gave me the warning: “Your SD card has corrupt files or other issues. You may want to back it up and replace it soon.” I immediately stopped using the SD card after seeing the message and was waiting until I got home from my trip to back everything up. Unfortunately, it became completely undetectable before I had the chance.
I’ve tried it in multiple phones and card readers, but nothing recognizes it anymore. The card itself is in perfect physical condition with no visible damage. It contains a lot of important photos and videos that I really don’t want to lose.
I’m a complete novice when it comes to data recovery, so I’m not really sure where to start or what is safe to try. I’ve seen people mention NAND recovery and Spider Boards, but I have no idea if that would apply to my situation. Is there any way to recover the data from an SD card that is completely undetectable, and what should I absolutely avoid doing so I don’t make things worse? : (

I know my worth. I genuinely do. I know I have good qualities, I know I'm caring, loyal, and have a lot to offer. This isn't me saying I think I'm unlovable or that there's something wrong with me. But despite knowing all of that, I can't seem to get over how badly I want someone else to recognize it too.
Being surrounded by people in happy relationships makes it even harder sometimes. Recently, a friend was joking around and telling me how her now-partner basically knew almost immediately that she was the one and committed to her without hesitation. I'm genuinely happy for her, and I don't want to take anything away from what they have, but hearing things like that hits me in a way I don't always know how to explain. She gets to experience being wanted, chosen, and loved so naturally, while I feel like I haven't even gotten the minimum of what she's living. It's not that I want what she has specifically—I just wish I could experience that feeling too.
And that's the part that makes me feel a little empty. I can see how great I am. I know my qualities, I know what I bring to people's lives, and I know I deserve to be appreciated. But being able to recognize your own worth doesn't completely replace having someone else recognize it. There is something incredibly special about having another person look at you and think, I choose you. I want you in my life. And no matter how much I try to fill that space with self-love, friendships, hobbies, or other things, I still find myself wanting that kind of connection.
Sometimes it almost feels like being in a relationship is an achievement that everyone else somehow managed to unlock, while I can't seem to reach that milestone no matter what I do. I know logically that love isn't an achievement and that being single doesn't mean I've failed at anything, but emotionally, it's hard not to feel a little lower when you're constantly surrounded by people who have something you've wanted for so long.
I don't think I'm asking for someone to complete me. I just want to know what it's like to be someone's person. To be seen, chosen, appreciated, and cared for in that particular way. And honestly, I'm tired of pretending that wanting that doesn't hurt sometimes.
Has anyone else felt this way? How do you make peace with wanting to be chosen without letting the absence of it make you feel like you're somehow missing something?
I'm looking for some perspective because I don't have much dating experience.
I've been getting to know a guy, and we clearly like each other, but we're not officially dating. He's told me he needs more time before committing because he wants to be 100% sure, and until then, he'll keep his options open.
Yesterday, we spent hours together on a long walk, and when I got home, I unexpectedly missed him so much that I texted him. The conversation quickly turned into mutual flirting and became quite sexual. I surprised myself because I'm usually much more reserved.
Now, I can't stop wondering if I accidentally encouraged the exact dynamic I'm afraid of. I want something genuine and emotionally meaningful, not something centered on chemistry and flirting, especially since we're not even exclusive yet.
Part of me wants to text him and say I got carried away. The other part thinks I'm overthinking one mutual conversation.
Would you say anything, or just let it go and focus on building the kind of relationship you want through future interactions?
Intrested to see what my placements might hold
Genuinely intrested to know if i'm ever going to get married
How do you know if a Gemini Venus actually likes you and cares about you?
I'm dealing with a Taurus Sun, Cancer Moon, Gemini Venus, Aquarius Mars man. We have great chemistry and he seems genuinely interested, but as someone with a Leo Venus who values loyalty and exclusivity, I can't help feeling uneasy when I see him being flirtatious with other people too.
Would it be a good idea to bring up exclusivity and what we're both looking for, or is this the kind of thing I should let him lead on? Curious to hear from Gemini Venuses and people who've dated them.
I’ve noticed a pattern in my relationships and I’m honestly tired of it. I get a lot of attention, but very few people actually pursue me all the way or commit. The few relationships I’ve had were rare but extremely intense and “transformational.”
By that I mean they always pushed me into deep self-change. I’d start questioning everything about myself even my appearance just to feel something or make the relationship work.
I’m exhausted by relationships that feel like life lessons or personal reinventions. Sometimes I just want something simple, stable, and mutual where I can be myself.
