To our community and fellow animal lovers, we are reaching out with heavy but deeply urgent hearts. 🙏

Our rescue home here in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, is facing a critical turning point. 🐾💔

Right now, we are caring for our rescued dogs and cats—souls who have already survived hunger, neglect, and abuse.

But for the last few months, their safety has been heavily threatened, and we are racing against time.

The Reality of Our Situation:

Our current space is heavily limited. Even though we have absolutely zero violations and have been inspected multiple times, we are under immense pressure to appease the city.

We are walking on a razor’s edge. We know how quickly things can change, and we refuse to wait around until a problem arises. We must act and be proactive.

We need to relocate most of our dogs immediately to ensure they stay protected. 🐕🐈

The Good News & The Hurdle:

We have already found an agricultural lot and secured it! However, we cannot move the dogs until the property is secure. Our immediate, main goal is to raise ₱40,000 to ₱50,000 to fund the fencing and shelter structures needed to keep them safe and contained.

We are just a family doing our best, and our funds are not infinite... Just for their general care it cost over ₱3,000.00 per day excluding any emergencies.

We are knocking on your hearts to help us build this wall of safety for these voiceless souls who rely entirely on us.

Our sweet Chapel needs help -Distemper positive with seizure.

We are not yet done battling with distemper.

We have a new rescue puppy who was diagnosed with distemper and blood parasitism 3 days ago, and today we have another one who was diagnosed with distemper. They were brought to our vet today and were given injectable meds and a prescription.

It's been 3 days since we have been battling distemper. We haven't lost any fur yet.

We ask for your help with their vetting.

This furbaby is so sweet, but she hasn't eaten yet, cannot move, is constantly having seizures (the virus is affecting her nerves and movement now), has a locked jaw, and is the weakest here in our home now.

Both rescues with distemper are confined at home, with IV fluids, injectable meds, and hopefully we can buy the oral meds prescribed for Chapel. 🙏

One is for emergency care, he is suspected distemper carrier and is infested of ticks all over his body, dehydrated and severely malnourished. We have to conduct tests for viral infection, bloodwork and give him treatment and IV fluids po.

While the other one was also covered with ticks but in a better shape than him.

They were both rescued today at the highway, laying on the road. 😔💔

We do animal rescue, we currently have 26 dogs and 40 cats.

I can't continue saving lives or take care of my current rescues without your help. I can't it alone. I'm drowning mentally,physically and financially.💔🥺

We are humbly asking for your help with Matcha's vet bills.

We brought him with us and rushed him to our vet, the reporter said he's been crying for the last 24 hours outside their house and reached out to us for help.

Matcha have a deep and wide open laceration on his groin area, fortunately it is not yet infested with maggots but he urgently needs medical intervention before it gets infected and worsen his condition.

He was given pain reliever and antibiotic for tonight and is scheduled for surgery tomorrow morning so we can also fast him.

We were very disturb by the writing on this vehicle we saw this morning after dropping off Luna to school.

We followed the vehicle for few minutes, tried to see if there's any company name on it to report but there was none, and took picture of the driver, sadly the glass is dark so no avail.

We found these two kittens almost dead in a box, too weak to move or even meow to ask for help.

The moment we saw how bad their situation was, we immediately brought them to our vet.

Both kittens are dehydrated, emaciated, with severe ocular discharge, and weak, but Matcha has a wounded paw, bone visible and an abscess build-up on his leg that needed to be drained.

​

They were both cleaned at the vet, Matcha had to have her wound lance to release the pressure and let the abscess drain and was given injectable antibiotics for her wound, injectable meds for her diarrhea and injectable pain reliever while Latte was given multivitamins and mainlined IV fluids.

​

They are currently home with us, incubator for close monitoring.

Luna and Furry Siblings is a non-profit and non-government organization. We do our best every day to provide for the needs of our rescues, but rightnow we are really struggling and urgently need help.

We hope you remember Kahel, the cat we posted few days ago.

He was in such a bad shape when we found him that night, laying on his own blood, bleeding through his eyes, nose and mouth, face was swollen due to the head injury he sustained and upon further test the next day we found out he had high infection, iron deficiency, low platelets and liver damage (probably from the hit, it might have caused internal bleeding) and the x-ray showed no fracture but a misalignment of his upper and lower mandible was visible.

First photo was when we found Kahel, second was taken today, Kahel is feeling so much better now, he is eating and drinking a lot, active and swelling is gone now.

​

Though he still needs to go back again for follow-up, redo his laboratory and consult an orthopedic surgeon to what can be done with his mouth.

​

We want to thank each person who sent help and kept Kahel in their thoughts. 🤍🙏
