I was vehemently against it when Mason was in collingwood. I still see it as a scum bag move. What do you guys think?

45m, married, DINK, Was living in Sydney for 10 years before moving back to my home country, Singapore.

I love aussie rules football and the team im support Freo is having a great season, it is high chances we will head to the grand finals.

Growing up, i've gone through multi phases but never fail to sneak back in and perhaps i didnt grow out of it.

15 to 21 : spent every weekend and holiday skateboarding and attending punkrock and metal shows. Quit the sport after tearing an ACL and dislocated my shoulder. Was into age of empire and red alert till MIRC and ICQ appeared. Dial up internet was so fun.

21-30 : sailed the laser, hiking and video games, aussie football.

30 - 40 : i picked up sewing, gym, decided to be a minimalist when covid happened, sold my car, downsized to a smaller apartment with my wife and led a simple life. Moved back to Singapore. Discovered FIRE and investment.

40s : The residual is i still gym, play video games (no more FPS, it makes me dizzy !) , footy and recently picked up RC cars. For a few times in a year i would fly to Perth to watch my team play. My next visit is on 24th July, Freo vs Eagles.

Punk rock and metal music has never left me. I still have my old cd and cassette collection from the 90s. My fave bands are blink182, new found glory, offspring, STP, Slayer, Gatecreeper, Cannibal corse. Music shows are getting loud, and i've placed more importance in hearing protection and never stay up past 12am.

Keen to buy an investment property, in either one of these 3 locations. The west Perth apartments are across kings park. The area I’m keen in East Perth are around claisebrook and the Cove. Innaloo units are near ikea and Westfield.

Innaloo has reached its limits of development. The perks are access to beaches and the amenities.

Read from the city of Perth master plan, Langley park might be a water front attraction with river taxis- think of Barangaroo in Sydney. A new school and mix development will be built around WACA.
There is room to grow but it all depends on the state of the government for the next 20 years.

I would to ask based on historic trend, what’s the possibly of redevelopment in East Perth? And comparing the 3 suburbs, what are your thoughts?
