Am I going insane?

Is it normal to feel like everyone is watching me.

Honestly ever since I started heavily smoking last year I had felt paranoid in daily life (sober or not). It always feels like I'm being watched and under mass surveillance. It constantly feels like my privacy is dead as big corporations are watching my every move and that people are after me.

There have been times where I smoked then went to a friend's house and started violently shaking Infront of his parents like I was i wasn't in control. The past few months I would also be "asleep" and at the same time be alive like I know it's not a dream but it's not real either but I've seen some shit and even felt some shit that I shouldn't of and it's not a dream either. During whatever tf would happen during them times too I would be aware I'm violently shaking but have no control over myself and sometimes even see myself throwing myself off my bed smashing my head into walls then randomly wake up sweating and such.

For some information in 2023 I had anxiety, depression and such but the depression went away and anxiety has stayed the same.

I know it doesn't sound "normal" but is it something to actually be highly concerned about or not.

I don't know if it's the right sub or not but I figured I would ask here as well because I don't know if it happens to other teenagers. If it's not the right sub can someone let me know so I don't get banned.

But my question is, what do I do about it??

Easy offer wall game

Thi game takes around a few hours and is good olongside your challenges and such, so far I've earned £3 from it. There are 90 levels in total and each one takes about a minute to complete.

Not sure if it's available in other countries but I'm in the UK.

Todays Earnings!

Finally broke the £20 mark and today has been a breeze. Morning challenges i rushed so only got £0.17 but afternoon ones got £0.57 which is way better then what i normally get so thats a win. Did some playing during the day too and been blessed with google ads all day so 👍

Somehow got 2.50 from my challenges..

I dont know why but did my morning challenges and randomly got 2.50 highest ive ever got so decided to trat myself and my boy to sum chicken and chips before the exam

Ober the past 8 months I have used JustPlay over a number of devices i have made £70 (wasen't playing much) and located in a horrible market in the east of england. Recently have decides to be consistent with it and save up money to treat myself to a new phone. In 4 days i have made mearly £15 which is nowhere near as what some US players are getting but i'm grateful for it. To be able to be on my phone and earn.

However I do wish JustPlay would be more communicative with us players a bit more but overal theyre a good company.
