I'm quitting cold turkey
The day before yesterday I drank 300 mg, then the next day 600, and today 900. If I stop drinking immediately, will I have withdrawal syndrome?
I only took this drug for three days.

F is 25, M is 28. We have been living together for 5 years, and only this year I started noticing some unpleasant traits that worry me.
I’ll start with the fact that M hates watching shows where, for example, there are strong women who stand up for their boundaries. He constantly says that it is excessive and not needed at all. There was an article about free menstrual products for women in Scotland and he started angrily trying to prove to me that it was bad. Any video I watch where there is a man who is a cheater who got exposed, or just a man who is an abuser, makes him extremely angry, as if he takes it personally.
This behavior really worries me. Am I overreacting, or is there really something very concerning here?
After a long conversation, my boyfriend said that he was disgusted by my monotone voice, but I said that I was completely disgusted by him and he started saying that I was horrible because I said that, but what he was saying could be solved if I started talking differently. That is, he says that I am HORRIBLE because I say that he is disgusting, but he did not call me names and in general it is normal to tell your girlfriend that she has a disgusting voice. And this is not the first time, I constantly hear that I am "dirty" because I left some things in the bathroom, or for example, when I was doing laundry, I opened the powder and forgot the wrapper from it on the floor. He calls it "where you live, there you shit". He constantly says that I throw things away, although they are just lying in one place and I forget to spread them out evenly. How tired I am of all this... Is there any point in really changing the style of your voice or is it just a dead relationship?
The last few days I tried to fall asleep without it, tried all the methods, but when I started hearing unwanted sounds at night I got scared and took a pill. For 3 days I tried not to drink this crap... I went off the dosage of 12.5mg. Who successfully came off it, how did you do it?
After I finally got off these medications, I started having photophobia and VERY DRY EYES.
I've been feeling this for over a month. Has anyone else had something similar? I'm afraid it's permanent.
All my life I've heard about success, money, all the hustle, about earning more, doing more, but I've never wanted it. I just want peace, my own little place, not a career, not money. Lately, I've had enough of food, my own little place, and that's it. I just don't feel like interacting socially. I'm sick of social contacts. I just don't take them out emotionally and physically.
Every time I'm on an internship somewhere, my body shakes at the slightest criticism. It's really tiring for me.
Remote work makes me very lonely...but there is no other way.

Can a slight difference in leg length affect your lower back?
For half a year or more I have been suffering from lower back pain when walking and sitting. I feel a dull pain near the tailbone and on the right side of it. The orthopedist and traumatologist said that my muscles are overstrained, so I go to a massage therapist, but it does not improve the situation.
I've been lonely my whole life, and even now, in a relationship that's falling apart, I'm lonely. I have no friends, no family, no one. At home with my boyfriend, I feel just as lonely, an absolute void.
I decided to speak out here. My life is just a spiral of the same actions every day, I'm tired of being lonely. At 9 years old I was abused by my parents, my exes who didn't consider me anything, until I was 20, until I couldn't move away from them. And now life is just everyday loneliness, the same things, the constant fear that I won't have money left to live on, it's all just tiring. I want to feel free from myself, but I can't.
I've tried 7 different antidepressants and 1 mood stabilizer and nothing. **Nothing** works for me.
First of all, I went to a psychiatrist with a bad past, depression and severe anxiety. After trying 7 antidepressants and 1 normotic Lamotrigine, I realized that none of them helped me at all.
I've been trying to find a solution for 2 years.
I have a diagnosis of cPTSD. The last thing I was prescribed was Gabapentin and I'm not sure if there is any point in taking it at all? Maybe there are people like me who also did not help with antidepressants and have you found a solution? All the medications caused me UNREAL insomnia, namely sleep deprivation, I thought I would die without sleep in 3.5 days on some medications, others simply did not work.
People who have tried more than 8 different antidepressants and antipsychotics. Have you found an alternative? I have a similar situation, cPTSD and no antidepressants have worked for me yet because I am too sensitive to them.
I have been completely off Lamotrigine for 8 days now. I feel severe muscle pain, I just can't get out of bed, I'm very tired. I felt very anxious for a couple of days, but it seems to have passed. I also have EXTREMELY DRY mucous membranes. Will this go away? I'm really scared.
Before that, I took this medication for half a year and went down slowly, 100mg for 2 weeks, then 50 for two weeks, 25mg for two weeks, 12.5 for two weeks and then 0
My very close childhood friend died fighting in Ukraine for the Russian Army.
I am 22, and my friend was only 20. We are from Northern India. He came from a lower middle-class family. He had no father, an ill mother, and two sisters to support. He was a very kind, respectful, brave, and strong person. He never hated Ukrainians or anyone else. He was just desperate for a better life for himself and his family.
He wanted to become a doctor. He tried to clear the NEET exam in India multiple times, but the competition here is extremely tough. Eventually, he told us and his family that he was going to Russia to study medicine because it was cheaper there.
But after going there, he joined the Russian Army.
They offered him a contract: if he fought and survived for one year, he would receive Russian citizenship and a large amount of money. He needed that money badly for his family, so he accepted.
He used to send us pictures and videos from the frontlines hiding in trenches from drones, holding a Russian AK-74, and other things I cannot even describe here. Every message from him felt unreal.
Then suddenly, after only four months, he stopped replying completely. No messages. No calls. Nothing.
A week ago, Indian authorities called his mother and confirmed that he had died in Russia. They said he was one of the “lucky” ones whose body was allowed to be sent back to India.
His body was unrecognizable. I cannot describe what we saw.
He was not evil. He was not driven by hatred or politics. He was just a young man who wanted to escape poverty, help his sick mother, support his sisters, and build a future.
Instead, he died in a foreign war far away from home.
I miss him very much. He was one of my closest friends.
I truly wish this war would end, so no more sons, brothers, husbands, or friends have to die like this.
